This is based off HDI, GDP, Crime index, safety index and life expectancy. Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi had positive scores according to the sources I used, and I learned that it's really nice to live there I summed up all provinces and used the most accurate phase for each one
@@siggland I'm Russian and I'm surprised about Caucasus phases, and I can confirm that it's true. The main inaccuracy is the northern regions. Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug should be uncanny and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is mid, you just don't include their GDP per capita. Same with Chukchi Autonomous Okrug and Magadan Oblast. Every mapper does that mistake because HDI is the main resource, but it includes only income, but not the prices. Also these regions depending on its natural resources, so they have a mass GDP, while other regions to supposed for life.

The reason I included GDP per Capita is because I got tips from a guy on discord He said I should base the video off different things which I did So I took the sources and I summed it up Because of the GDP PC, the northern ones got those phases
