Republic Services 1208 ~ Mack MRU Wittke Superduty Front Loader

Here is one of 2 Mack MRU Wittke Superduty Front Loader's that run out of Republic's Auburn, Ma yard. For some reason Republic decided to remove the tag axle on these
Wittkes. This one seen here was on a cardboard/recycling route back in January , the first clip though was shot back in September.

Funny to see a Republic truck with no strobe lights. Here, they have several on the tailgate, cab and cab shield.

Chances are, they probably removed the drop axle due to strict gvw or tare weight laws where ever they are told to dump at. All of the new Waste Management front loaders where I live do not have drop axles on them cauz their weight stations & DOT are very strict on their tonnage!!!
