- Perch is probably one of the most underrated species to catch on a fly - they are strong, they are beautiful, they are many and sometimes you can catch 'em in really shallow water.
In this video, Pontus Sjölund goes out in his float tube and tries it out for the first time with his new Abbo kit - with great results!

I'll going to watch the Sid and that minnow tutorial now. lol, my grandma had a similar breakfast, boiled coffee in a bowl with milk and a raw egg dropped in. I have a tripod with smartphone holder I use on a stable boat. But I just thought about getting a smartphone holder for a car that clips on to the vent. That would work great on a float tube or clip on a spin rod to cast deeper!!
Which iPhone Cover/Case something do you use!? I'll get my iPhone 7 Plus very soon and need a proper case which maybe floats or a Floating-something is attachable! Thx in advance!!!

Great vid pontus, just started filmimg a few fishing videos with my go pro but obviousley when the waterproof case is on the sound is terrible, what do you do to get your sound quality better.

+john marsden Thanks John! Like you say, the waterproof case isn't good for this purpose. I use the non-waterproof case (calmed "the frame" I think) which results in better audio.

Är helt ny det här med flugfisket men försöker lära mig. Då till min fråga. Vad är det för setup ni använder på denna video, lina osv? Kör man på flytlina med sjukande tipp?
+ThaiRice Kul, flugfiske är riktigt skoj!
Setupen jag använder i denna film är ett färdigt "Abbo Kit" från Vision vilket är ett perfekt kit för abborrflugfiske. Det kommer färdigt med spö, rulle, färdigspolad lina och tafs - allt som behövs extra är en fluga.
De yttersta 8,5 metrarna på linan är sjunk 3 och övriga linan är flytande. På så sätt kan du kontrollera ditt fiskedjup beroende på hug länge du låter linan sjunka, från ca 1 m till ca 5 m skulle jag säga.

does anyone know if floattubes can be used in like big rivers, strongish flow? ive only seen them say there for still water and lake use. they look so fun though and my only venues are big rivers
+kieran I haven't done much river fishing from the float tube myself, but I'd say it's possible. A good idea could be to go out with a friend, park one car downstream, go upstream with the other car and drift/fish your way down the river. :-)
