A Review of Superman Escape at WB Movie World Australia Some of the Footage does NOT belong to me. Review Playlist: • Reviews intro Music: www.youtube.co.... Outro Music: www.youtube.co....
Great review , I’m shocked not many coaster reviews in Aussie so great on ya ! Really good stuff . First time riding this week. Solid launch coaster but left me wanting more in all phases. Dark ride part in the beginning was nice ( water effect not working ) but I wanted a bit more , give me some animatronics or a story .. launch was ok, medium top hat and the rest just meandered . I’m glad I rode it. Fine coaster but doesn’t stack up to mid range launch coasters I’ve ridden in the states, let alone top tier ones. Keep up the great work 🎢🎢🎢
I'd love for this coaster to receive lapbars or even soft restraints. As someone who has ridden about 10 Intamin launch coasters I'd love to ride this. Hopefully 2020!
I go to Movie World every second weekend and this is my fav ride. "Don't worry folks, there's only one way out of this message, heads back, I'll push you out of here. Fast... SUPERMAN FAST!!!!" BTW, you should have more subs
The worst thing about this ride when I went was they were only running one train. It wasn’t even a very busy day but the line was 1 hour long and then it broke down when I was halfway through the line.
Ngl I saw it on video and it didn’t look fast but when I was on it I thought something went wrong bc the launch was insanely fast, don’t be scared it’s really fun
I've been on this ride 3 times, its a great ride, but I think it would be even better if it was a little longer, and I think it would be awesome using the dc rivals restraints
No. Here's all the major coasters: Hot Wheels Sidewinder - Use to be located at Luna Park Sydney when they were actually trying to be a good theme park, but residents fucked it up so it had to be moved to Queensland and is at Dreamworld. It's ok, but it's getting old and Dreamworld should be ashamed they don't have a real great coaster at all. Mick Doohan's Motocoaster - pretty shit motocoaster, badly designed. But it's still a coaster. Yet another Dreamworld dissapointment. DC Rivals Hypercoaster - Australia's first Hypercoaster. Movie World is great. Arkham Asylum - Vekoma SLC. It opened in 1995 as Lethal Weapon and was originally themed to that film series. I like it, but these coasters are still easy to find overseas. Green Lantern - El Loco, pretty standard one. But a great ride and at least we've got one. Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster - Dark ride Wild Mouse. But it's one of the better Indoor Dark ride rollercoasters in the world. It's Australia's best kept coaster secret, we have one of the best Wild Mouse coasters in the world. Superman Escape - This one, the review is right it's great. Storm Coaster - Mack rides water coaster at Sea World. It just too short a ride though and the previous ride there was Bermuda Triangle and that's a cult classic water dark ride(same as the same named ride at Movie Park Germany) that people miss. Jet Rescue - The better of Australia's two Motocoasters. Themed to jetskis because it's at SeaWorld. Stays close to the ground and is just plain great. The Abyss - Eurofighter....so it's great, But it's fucken in fucken Perth WA at Adventure World. Not worth the trip really, unless they get another couple. And the 106 year old Scenic Railway in Melbourne's Luna Park(oldest continuously operating Coaster in the world, but it's very good for a classic wooden coaster).... Which for obvious reasons is a must ride for Coaster Credit fans. Australia's equivalent of NYC's Cyclone. Buzzsaw - just a simple looper. Ride once don't bother again. Tower of Terror 2 - A shuttle coaster like Superman: Escape from Krypton, good for what it is, but it's no full circuit. A few extra wild mouses around. So, yeah not much choice sadly.
colliric yep your right with pretty mush everything, hoping sea world can get their shit together and get a trilling coaster not a shitty traveling ride.
I am 10 and I went on this and at the top hat part I started floating out of my seat and when we dropped I went back down it was really strange but other than that the ride is amazing Edit: I always sit in the middle carts to get the best experience!

Dude if this seriously had lapbars it could definatly rival Rivals
@@AusCoasters 😂 Maybe. I mean it's be unlikely but I do think it'd have to be longer.
Cupcake Coaster yeah I wasn’t thinking when I wrote that 😂
May I use some of your Superman Off-Ride Footage for an upcoming Video of mine? I will give you full credit of course.
I do not genuinely feel sick on rides. My nervous feelings make me have a weird feeling in my throat which makes me feel sick on the ride
The back seat is the best. The restraints are fine just wish the headrest was higher as my head is over the restraint. I’m 6ft2
the back for me is so much more fun, but im short so the restraints only hurt a little
PhotoDomVlogs yeah I’m around 6ft and it’s not softy padded witch doesn’t help.
@@AusCoasters yeah i agree. they need to get the soft ones like all the other ones

That's exactly what he says before the launch 👍

From theme park crazy! Thanks bro!
Good very in depth review. I remember Kingda Ka had the same restraints and were very uncomfortable.
Drac thanks. I thought KK has the same restraints still?
AusCoasters yes Kingda Ka but cannot have any different restraints because it’s New Jersey State law to have OTSR of rides over 300ft(91m)
I’m older than this ride by 2 days lol
The reason you can't bring loose articles is because you board and off board in different sections
If it had the same restraints as ttd, it would be perfect
Mark McCormick It literally would be
Is the launch really as fast as people say it is, because thats what is making me scared to go on it, but im trying to face my fears of rollercoasters
Ngl I saw it on video and it didn’t look fast but when I was on it I thought something went wrong bc the launch was insanely fast, don’t be scared it’s really fun

ThE 1 BarbariaN It definitely needs lapbars
Who’s here from Theme Park Crazy?
Good job dude, I subscribed
Coaster Genius thank you!
I was your 2 subscriber
How tall do you have to be to ride?
Wait are there not like 10 good coasters in the whole of Australia?
tim I would say the top 2 are outstanding. However the rest is a blend of good, unique and meh
Remember Australia has only about 22 coasters and when half of them are family coasters I think it’s not too bad.
No.
