In this case Arctic Sea comes with 120 cupsules, which is 4 capsules a day, so I would say take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon/evening with food. You can not overdose with this so if you take more that's ok in case you want to tackle some kind of problem.

Glad to hear that and you are absolutely right about Aloe Lips (lipbalm) - such a small but mighty item.
These are the best products ever made for 15 years and developed 45 years ago.
