My suggestion is a rotating slot dedicated to pokemon that can be made into dick/nuts jokes. Sawk, gulpin, slugma, rhydon, oshawott, varoom, wigglytuff, etc. I am aware this is unlikely but getting people every time it switches could be fun.
No joke, Bouffalant wouldn't be a bad pick for your team. Guy hits like a truck and can take a hit fairly well, is immune to ghost types due to being a normal type, and so it only really has to worry about fighting types. Both of his abilities are good, but I recommend Sap Sipper. It's like volt/water absorb in the sense that it gives an immunity to grass type moves, but also raises the attack stat whenever Bouffalant is hit with a grass move, and since its whole thing is hitting like a truck, it works out pretty well. Only downside is that Bouffalant isn't the speediest, but that isn't too bad since, like I said, it has decent bulk thanks to having a 95 base stat across-the-board in its HP, Defense, and Special Defense stats. Not many Pokemon can say they have good HP and defensive stats at the same time (usually only one or the other) so Bouffalant can definitely take a hit if it needs to.
Another upside to Bouffalant is that, being a normal type, it has a really deep move pool that allows you to make your Bouffalant whatever you need it to be. For example: need your Bouffalant to be a dragon slayer? It can learn Outrage. Need it to mow the lawn? Megahorn and Poison Jab. Need it to put out a fire? Turn it into a water buffalo with Surf, or teach it Stone Edge or Earthquake. Need it to be a ghost buster? Teach it Throat Chop. Need it to part the sea like Moses? Teach it Wild Charge. Need it to crush rocks or bend steel? Give it Superpower or Close Combat. The list goes on and on! It can even learn moves like Zen Headbutt to cover its weakness to Fighting types if you want.
Catch a Furret and name it Zigzagoon as a bit. Exploud would also be really funny because namechange it to Sidearms when he keeps yapping about some sus stuff.
For Team : Aggron. Why? its a steel and Rock type, its defensive, so you can have a nice wall and slack wont bully you due to the rock damage being supper effective against him, and Aggrons sick
I think you should get an umbreon and name it “slacks favorite pal” because of how hard he was defaming eevvee and all of its evolutions especially umberon
Hi Mr. streamer man, as much as I would love to see my favorite gen 3 mon relicanth on the team, I recommend an armaldo (ideally with a careful nature) as it would widen your type coverage thanks to its decent move pool. On top of that it's got pretty good stats, has a solid shiny, and you can show off the cobblemon 1.5 update stuff if/when it's on the server.
magikarp, and don't evolve them into jormuntide. he's like that cute mascot that boosts team morale, it has the added perks of also randomly summoning shadow to play on the server. also if anyone makes weak knee comments you can slap them with your fish
On a real note, mega blastoise, mega kangaskan, mega pinsir, mega ampharos, mega houndoom, mega t-tar, mega pidgeot, mega steelix/ camerupt/ marshtomp/altaria/Salamance/metagross
