i have one of these and is very impressive and comfort and I get 18.9 mile to the gal and have 109 thousand on it and the towing is better then my ford or chevy truck when it come to a 35 ft heavier 70's camper, only lasted one year but at the time people wasnt up to trying anything new only complaint I have is the suspension gets rough at times but over all, it is now 2016 and I still drive this and runs the way it did in 2009
Towing capacity of 7,500 lbs is impressive. I think this feature was understated in the review. People who shop for SUV's often need high towing capacity for their trailers or boats. Otherwise, you'd stick with a minivan.
Just got a September issue of Motor Trend, and there is an ad, and it states that it starts under $27,000. I think that's a pretty good price, though I won't buy one.
Lol i own a clapped out 09 4x4 v8 borrego on 33s with full fox 2.5 long travel. Real long travel the thing jumps lol 170k miles and ticking lol literally has a ticking sound
Ok......first off, America is WAY more superior in EVERYTHING than you people. second off, I never said American SUV's are better. In fact, I never even brought them up! so, your entire comment was a waste of everyone's time.
and 11 years later.....still loving my Borrego, now with 250K miles on it, driving smoothly as day 1
I'm thinking of buying one as my first car. It has a bit over 200k miles
Mine too, i have 2 with over 250K, great rock solid SUV.
My borrego is 4x4 V8 with 378334 miles and no complaints

Still have mine after 15 years and 350K miles.
Weird seeing more and more RUclips videos that are over 10 years old. They seems ancient nowadays.
its funny how they talk about resale value. what ever happen to keeping a car until its wore out

Would much rather have a Grand Cherokee or even an Explorer but still, nice truck.
I doubt it, the Borrego isn't very popular, I haven't seen more than 5 or 6 since it went on sale.
Yea, let's bring that price down a little. I highly doubt anyone is going to be willing to fork over that much money for a Kia. Nice looking though!
nice car.
the price is not too high at all. look at what you are getting with the money
This is a test drive for old people? Watch and learn what a test drive in Russia. watch? v = RXhapHQegNo & feature = grec_index
omg i want one!!! so many haters out there lol...
i like this. but car based crossovers are disease, they are basically jacked-up minivans who still cannot do anything offroad.
@kidwithnoshoes no way it can hit 180 mph thats retarded, upload a vid of it doing that speed and send me a message.
I was just given one as a rental...i wish i had gotten something else...dont like this suv at all...I miss my jeep...
This car lasted just one year in the U.S. and then it was gone. A very poor seller.

Kia should make a new Mohave/Borrego
kilometers an hour not miles!!!!!!!!!!
price too high + kia = bad combo...sorry kia you're trying to hard but still not getting there yet.
You americans complain its over priced... come to australia and then you will know what an ovepriced car is.
