Part 1: • Young Buck on Growing ...

In the latest clip, Young Buck described feeling like he finally made it once he was a G-Unit member. The Nashville rapper remembered predicting that 50 Cent's "Get Rich Or Die Tryin" would go Diamond despite 50 downplaying the prediction. Buck said the album gave him a feeling he hadn't felt since 2Pac and knew it would be as successful as it was. He remembered being confused for Tony Yayo while Yayo was locked up and broke down how G-Unit's group album, "Beg For Mercy," was created. Buck also described working with Dr. Dre and the feeling that gave him as an artist.
Man that’s crazy he talking good about 50 even though they’re having problems. Real Grown Man Shit 💪🏽💯
That’s real grown man shit. They can have their beef but fact is g unit was beneficial for all of them and the g unit times were very very great
@@thehiphopnbasketballaddict8501 yea even tho 50 exposed him with that ☎️ call. He still got respect
Wit NO malice when he speak on that man....
someone enlighten me, what problems?
Man he aint go no real beef with 50 . 50 making it a point to ruin bucks life . and I love fif but he going overboard with it. its like buck said in another interview, I didn't fuck your chick or any of that shit, why you going so hard on me.
fif comes from the 48 laws of power world tho so its destroy your enemy totally

Bucks verse on "wanna get to know you" was and still is hard af.
@TheRealist811 “ice in my teeth keep my crystal cold” 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Everybody did they part on that son but that line alon with banks “ I already figured out what to do with all m features decorate my basement full of street sweepers” always sticks to me
@TheRealist811 bro this verse put Bucks on the rap map…
His energy … his deep voice… plus The … cash money and crystal lines… crazy…
Now we can realize … 50 is smart … he let Bucks shine back then to make more money off him …

💯Bruh Buck floated on I know you don't love me beat 🔥🔥🔥
Bruhh, this story is really better because Vlad is letting him talk. Lol.
Its cause he’s regular guest they just talk about stupid shit. This one is a real one.

First time he quiet....

Mannnn this is making me re-like Buck again.. he being so humble and truthful so far and not being biased cuz of his personal feelings
💯% !
I always liked Buck. 50 is poss my fav rapper but I really don’t like part of his personality. Especially how he did Buck dirty, so many times. Plus, Buck is 2nd best g unit artist, after 50. Nothing but love for Buck. He truly is a great guy , slightly let down by his shortcomings.
fake fan
Was just saying this buck was dope!
These the type of niggas that will get on yo ass in a heartbeat 😂😂😂
You can tell Buck still love 50 from how emotional he got when he started talking about how "I told 50 he was gon' sell 10 million records. He didn't believe me..." That part alone.
Yup when you hear Game talking about 50 nowadays you can also sense the same thing from him. Like on some human shit they miss being friends with him.
Buck literally stood out on BEG FOR MERCY, "Footprints" set the tone for that album. So many bangers that album had!! Shout Out To 2003...
Walk with meeeeeee!!!!
I still listen to Beg For Mercy the song till this day. So much aggression. "I'll have doc remove fragments from your chest" plus the chorus was hard af
Am telling you
Underrated CLASSIC, undisputed Classic
That Hi Tek G Unit beat is probably still the craziest beat I’ve ever heard.
@@Gemini050788 reminds me of the Back Down beat tbh

They all killed that song still one of my favorites
Beg for mercy is a classic
Buck got hard hitters “footprints”
“Bang bang” “black gloves”
I always wondered which was recorded first between “G’d Up” and “Poppin’ Them Thangs” and Buck had the answer here this whole time! I love Poppin Them Thangs but the energy on G’d up is unmatched, particularly Buck’s verse and it’s so awesome to hear why that was
Buck- "I told 50 this was gone sell 10 Mill"
50- "Buck aint tell me shit" 🤨
Pretty much lmaooo

Beg For Mercy was the best produced album of the Shady/G-Unit era
That album got major joints!!
The production was crazy. The piano on the G'd Up beat
Buck looks like he'd still give 50 another chance cz he's too loyal.
Real shit
Story about Beg For Mercy was that Aftermath and Interscope wanted to start recording 50 Cent's second album after massive success of GRODT. But 50 Cent insisted on making a G-Unit group album to introduce his artists to public. Beg For Mercy was classic!
Greatest group album in hip hop history
yep he said i'm not doing until after my friends get their album out.. 50 had lot of pull... he was the superstar of the label... they give him whatever lol
In hindsight he probably should have made that second album while iron was still hot . His generosity cost him a lot in the end . His artist were left spoiled he would argue . Im sure they were fine being just features . Plus they styles were all the same . Just a bunch of super gangsters . You look at the longevity of the big 3 in young money and Cole kanye, Jay z and you notice that the different styles last longer. 50 would then fallout with the labels because they could never agree on anything.
@@petej7002 50s second album went diamond as well lol
@@petej7002 the iron was hot bruh lol sold 1.4 million records in 3 days
G-Unit was unstoppable when they were strong I feel they could've had a longer run if the game didnt have that fallout with them and started dissing heavy
They never needed Game anyways they could of did This Is How We Do Hate It Or Love It & others amongst the G-unit group before Game arrival.

G units return in 2015 was all buck, you can hear it every song was his flow
Honestly Buck was the best out of G-unit, people say Banks, and I do think Banks got him lyrically, but as an all around artist Buck was that dude....
Buck had the best flow imo but yes lyrically Banks is numero uno.
I agree with you
He reminded me alot of pac when he first came out
No doubt
True. Banks has the lyrical edge, but Buck is one of a kind.
Buck spent soooo much time around real talented people. He relied on so many also. The lesson is don’t rely on people but if you do don’t do it for long.
the verse buck started quoting is the best verse on that album. one of the best opening verses period. production on that tape was 12 out of 10.
His Dr Dre impression 👏🏾 😂
You could not escape 50 Cent first album when it dropped. It was coming out all the whips that summer.

Buck KILLED every single verse on Beg For Mercy, he was the best one on that album IMO
Man I wish they would drop actual footage of Dre producing. I wanna see him guiding musicians, programming the drum machine, coaching the artists in the booth, and also the mixing. Id even like to see him in the studio with Brian Big Bass Gardner mastering. Id pay money for that!
DOWN SOUTH!!!
I agree. A “making of Beg For Mercy” video would be awesome, but Buck just said they were also touring the whole time!
Buck getting his TK Kirkland on, I see. "Told 50 he gone sell 10 million" 😂😂

I like how he said they got the production off the beats and not the name
