Exactly! I have personally learned this with various studies and gurus and finally realized I need to calm the mind to the point where I’m not longer in stress but in a complete relaxed state and then programming my beliefs, personally I like to use affirmation videos. Then I apply my new beliefs in the real world and I see progress and improvement in my reality
I had this crazy experience when testing for my placement in the military. They test your mechanical, electronic, mathematic, arithmetic, etc, knowledge. When I took the test, it felt like something else took over and guided me with the answers. I ended up in the 93rd percentile in all of these areas and it felt like a blessing.
Listened to this with some headphones 🎧 while doing yard work, best time I had all day. This is a area I struggle with and will listen often to this, any one new here I highly recommend Joe's channel like everyone one else in the comment's.
