- Hi guys, this video is just my insight about how to build an Auto Attack Rune Knight, so if you guys have any opinions or suggestions, you can share them in the comment section.
There are a lot of better Rune Knight players out there, which is why take this video as one of the guides you can check to make a better build than everyone of us.

Sup everyone! Sorry, I forgot to include sigils in this video, but sigils are pretty straight-forward; just use those who increase your DPS. You can do some mixing and matching between DPS sigils such as Starfall, Chosen One, Berserk, and their purple counterparts. Impale is also great if you have it, but for farming mobs, Weakness Gaze will still be the best.
For the job-specific sigil, get Aura Enchantment for more auto-cast skills.
For the active sigil, I suggest you use Primal for more DPS. Just be sure to always check if someone already uses it since it doesn't stack and there is a 1-minute interval between each use in a party. 👌

@@ratuvlog3973 Yup! As you can see in the video, I still have the first top-up icon since I'm purely F2P, and I was able to execute everything I said in the guide.
But I'm just a casual player; that's why there are tons of F2P players (much active ones) that have better stats and resources compared to my character.

@@ratuvlog3973 Hmmm, I will still recommend that you play any job that you like, but if you're referring to efficiency, then any physical class will do just fine. That's why RK will be a good choice.
I think champion for now was not relevant anymore.. mybe will change back if dragon fist was introduced in roo later.. but for now as a dps i think RK since im f2p.. tq for ur info n advise sir.. hope more update on RK F2P..
Parry (including its passive) doesn't work unless you're using a 2h-sword. Also, CRIT isn't a great investment for the 1h-sword AA build as the wind cutter will not crit, so it's better to invest in AGI-STR-VIT for stats and skip LUK altogether for more raw dmg and survivability.
LUK and CRIT are only necessary in spear builds.
Sup bro! I only added parry because I forgot to mention that sometimes I switch to 2H sword and I only have 1 preset for PVP, 1 preset for both swords, and 1 preset for Spear build.
Hmmm, I'm still not sure about it, but upon checking, my wind cutter is dealing critical damage. That's why I invest some crit in stats but not in enchants.

Yo bro! Glad to hear that! Hmmm, if DPS-wise, I guess I'll go with the auto-attack 1H sword shield since you'll have access to the elemental sword, but the spear still has its own pros.

Bro, does the skill of RK depends on aspd? just like pierce on the previous LK?
Sup bro! Depending on the skills bro, some of the spear skills are subject to Aspd and also Wind Cutter since it will become your normal attack once you go Dragon Scion form.
@@Aels09 ahh i see, in memoria server 3rd job not yet available, but im plan to build 1h+ shield, im just worrying about aspd, is it 500aspd is a must for 1h hand AA?
@@angelolazarte3720 Yup, it is a must to deal more DPS. But no worries, you can easily achieve it using knight's buffs such as sword quicken or just putting some agility on your stats.
sir... sometime i see player rk can autocast his ignition break skill... how to do that ? that is from weapon to proc it or from something else ?
Use elemental sword in divine armament build for auto proc of ignition break

Sup bro! Hmmm, it's pretty much okay if you really need extra AOE in a certain dungeon like Endless Tower, but damage modifier cards will still be the best in terms of DPS. 😁

bro why me attack in MVP garm get mines damage -75%? in dragon scion get -75% and my wind cutter always random element
Because garm is water element and most of your damage comes from fire element.
Sup bro! It's because of your auto-proc fire skills. To be honest, I got confused at first, but then I realized that it's because too many fire skills being auto-casted when doing auto attack haha

In garm -75 is water, fire is -20 or -25

What about sigil?

@@Aels09 thanks for the response. Actually, i talk to some people on discord and apparently parry passive works on any weapon type so on my build i put level 1 parry just for the sake of its passive

My opinion... Dont go for crit. If u want to play crit then go RK spear cause even rk sword whales dont go for crit. It's better to look for HP in armor/cloak/shield/shoes.
For armor set, try MoM set cause rk sword rely their damage on the skill autocast.

@@Aels09 i watched the other yt showing his rk sword char on the tw server. The char has 170 crit and he said it's useless. For stats, rather than luck, go int cause you gonna do sum magic dmg due to your job sigil, might as well increase your mdmg.
@@djudjud I see, but when I check my other videos now, I can see that it can crit. I'm not sure but I guess there are no other things that can deal critical damage for AA builds aside from its own auto attack. Or maybe there's two layers of damage in dragon form: one is the normal attack, and the other is the wind cutter. Then the one that deals critical damage is the normal attack.
I'm not sure if Global Server Rune Knight works differently compared to the TW server.
But I will do a deep dive into this later to confirm it. Thx for the input bro!
Wind cutter doesn't crit.
@@dogzs11 can you explain why bro? so that we can share it here to clarify things. Is there any skill description we can check?
Because we've tested it out now and it crits. Or it is possible that there are 2 layers of damage and my normal attacks crits while in dragon scion form. That's why there's a crit dmg showing when I'm doing a normal attack with a wind cutter.
Btw, please use Global server info for us to be sure it's accurate. since info from TW might be different from Global Server.

parry only works on 2H sword even the passive. waste of points imo.
test it on any mobby monster u will never see the block animation if not using 2H sword.
