@canada Couple vlogs how to submit an application to canada revenue agency to show the good rent history from landlord for building a good credit score
Best is go for 6-15 years old...bought 10 year old...very happy 😎😀 as very well maintained, spacious, awesome location...price was lower than expected 🙏
We bought an older house here in Canada which was well maintained. So far so good. New houses were tempting of course, but we found that overall area, room sizes, etc. were bit compromised. I love and totally agree with your first point; getting a good vibe is very important. Neighborhood is very critical too. Thanks for your videos. 😀
I don't agree so the expenses that come with a new house you have a choice to either buy stuff right away or slowly. But with a old house there are expenses that you need to do right away. And with those expenses you can't push it back.
New Houses do not appreciate. Land Appreciates. Phase 1 of a new community appreciates primarily because it is priced cheaper than other subsequent phases to make it lucrative for buyers, otherwise no one would want to move in an area with no facilities and plenty of inconveniences. Older houses with bigger land content will appreciate way more in the longer run. That is the case in Sydney or Australia overall, I do not see a reason why Canada would be any different.
In USA basement area is included in the whole house area, basement homes are very rare in USA and bungalow homes are called as ranch homes, they are without basement. Thank you for your informational video!
If you're buying old why not do 1-5 Years why 5-10? Speaking from experience of not one but three ppl myself my parents and brotherinlaw. So my parents bought a new house 12 years ago and it needs maintaince now my brother inlaw bought first house which was around 10-12 years old and right after moving they needed to change the roof, had so much maintaince and we just bought a new one and yes you have expenses but not too much which you need to do right away.
Canada is my dream country...and I am planning to come there in 1 or 2 yrs I m a college student right now after that I will come to Canada❤️ thank you so much guys for this amazing information about houses in Canada 😘
Hi 🙋♂️ how can we know about new construction projects. I mean where we can find out upcoming projects. How to choose which builder is best in Ontario
I think if you want to stay up to date with upcoming construction projects, you can ask realtors. Its free to talk to them so once in a while you can just call and ask them if there are any new projects coming and they can help you.
Hi Canada couple, thank you for the valuable information it is really helpful, can you please make a video based on current housing prices in Greater Toronto area and tell us based on your experience what's the best area to settle down in and around greater toronto for people who are working in IT background
GTA area is very complex. Certain areas are dominated by one religion or community. You have decide if you want to live where there is a good mix of ethnicity or dominated by one. This is very personal choice. This will also impact your children upbringing, as schools will have more children of that group. If you want to live in GTA and work on Toronto, then you should look for areas which are close to GO train station. If you want to live in Toronto, then looks for areas close to subways station or street cart.
It is always a pleasure seeing both of you😊. Very useful video for home buyers. Experiences shared by you are very valuable👍. Good news that Canada is opening, hoping normalcy again. Awaiting your next video 😀
You can that depends on builder to builder. As i have done a lot of negotiations. They usually dont bring down amount a lot but you can always ask for additional upgrades within the price.
I am really not sure but if you go to buy a house in India then most people go with a new house and they obviously know that there are lots of expenses are going to come on you, so I mean i really don't know if it is a big thing to think. If you have experience in India itself. One thing which you guys really missed to talk about is if suppose someone wants to purchase a new house then how much time he has to wait for delivery as compare to India I mean how honest ( in general) builders are in Canada, because that's a really big problem in India even if you are going with the best builder, so please pick the real problem.
Hi, I haven't found any vlogs for Manitoba on youtube. I know you guys are not staying there, but can you help to get informations related to Manitoba as well? If not by you, please share other vlog channels details if possible.
Biggest driving factor for me is Neighbour hood. Old house guarantees established neighbourhood and you can choose ppl n community you want to live with. New house are usually built in new areas where u won’t get much of the actual old Canadian ppl and Canadian culture (if that’s your preference). If you like a particular area, old house is the only option. And closer to city
Hello Pinchu sister 🤗🌸Mai daily morning to night daily vlogs banati hun. 😀Mai Bihar se hun, abhi New York me rehti hun🌸Ek baar dekhyega sister agar apko thik lage.
guys what are the average annual taxes based on area of home and does it differ for new home or old home. Whether builder does have any obligation to make payments of these taxes, if any.
If you cant afford you will never get approved from bank. Sometimes if clients dont want to go with the property they ask bank for decline. Banks will provide decline letter. The deal falls off if the mtg is not approved. There is a condition of financing on your offer. So builder has to let you go. Lol selling only happens of you get the possession. There is a thing called foreclosure. If you dont pay your mortgage payments bank sells your house.
Hey lovely couple Plz reply if you can I'm Riya from India and and I'm deciding to come to Canada in January intake 2022 as my boards are cancelled so is it a right choice according to you?

I'm not sure either this would be answer or not. Since we're planning to move, and for sure we need car. I had car in abroad shall we have to purchase car on cash or leasing is best option? I would have my car cash in hand.
@UCFU-LNog8jKs8DB7sZ1CWLw perfect, actually considering credit score etc i have to play smart and for sure no need to pay much. Even the Car price which i have also been depreciated from original costs. However will try to spend as much as low especially in initial days. Btw thank you for such advice.

My sis in law has recently bought a 100 yrs old heritage building for her dental clinic in Brampton , London
Yes it’s good if house is maintained properly over the years

Old houses appreciate because of their location and land they sit on. Not exactly the structure.

Good information 👏🏾 lots of love from Japan
I would say best way is to buy 5-10 year old house so that you have everything almost new and no additional cost
If you're buying old why not do 1-5 Years why 5-10? Speaking from experience of not one but three ppl myself my parents and brotherinlaw. Same question here . It would be helpful to know how these guys identified new construction projects.
I think if you want to stay up to date with upcoming construction projects, you can ask realtors. Its free to talk to them so once in a while you can just call and ask them if there are any new projects coming and they can help you.
So what is preferable bokk a pre construction house and stay in rental apparent for 3 years or should go for a old house?

Purane ghar ki realtor kya koyi guranty nahi deta?kaun bayatega ki kaha pe kuch kharab hai? How do we know that?
You get inspection done to check if everything is ok in the house
Seller will provide property disclosure statement which will disclose if there is concerns. And yea you can go for inspection at your cost.
Nice❤️🙏⭐

Aap sell kar sakte ho if builder allows
