    I swear, this is the only guy on the entire web that explains R clearly and concisely. Some people are just born to teach and pass on their knowledge. Great work.

      Totally agree. Probably the best resource I've found on learning the basics of R.

    Cheers! Absolutely love these videos; they make my life so easy. Decided to start using R out of the blue, since SPSS is kinda clunky when it comes to functions that aren't default and the SPSS' own syntax is just terrible.
    Your videos have made my doctoral thesis regarding lung cancer progress so much in an instant! Kinda fun that I managed to find your channels, which are statistics, R and medical research oriented!

    Sir, I'm more familiar with other software, but, as a learning of R, I found the video so clear. I followed and pratice every step and I also found what is shown in the screen. I didn't work with raw data from filter, but I found for example the value of 50, 36,...how magic is? Could you/we explain why those values appeared without using raw data? Could you next time show how to draw figures from fresh, dry weight of plants (just an example)? Stacked bar chart? Thank you for those demonstrations. Really appreciated Man.

      You can try mine too. The playlist for Python and R provide most of the fundamentals. Step by step arranged by sections. Source files downloadable.

    Thanks so much for your R programming series for beginners! I've finished ten of them and feel much better with R, at least I am more clear and confident in dealing with R. If possible, looking forward to others series like how to use R in data mining, such as to plot and analyze a decision tree. Anyway, thank you again for your teaching and time!

    That was very helpful. Thank you. If I have a dataset inputted into R like yours, how do I encode the variables (such as speed and distance) as factors? What does this mean?

    • @RProgramming101
      @RProgramming101  3 года назад

      Thanks for the question Tanya. Speed and distance are numeric variables. You can create "buckets" or categories for the data to sit in. For examples 0-4; 5-9; 10-14 etc. (does that make sense?). I'll create a video and show you how to do it.
