Hi Aunty! I made your tang yuan tonight. Just 3 flavours. Your recipe is VERY good. Making the balls plain and then having different dips like sesame etc saves time wrapping sugar into the balls one by one and is a special way of eating. i had never eaten tang yuan like this before. I gave some to my friend who lives alone and she said it was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. Thank u for sharing!
Made it! The dough was so easy to handle...wrapped black sesame paste in it without breaking. And nice and soft when cooked. This recipe is a keeper! Thank you.

Hello aunty, I made the my 1st Tang Yuan today .The colour plain ones are ok. but the plain white onewith tausa filling didn’t turn out well, why the skin cracks, cannot wrap properly! Pls advise how to improve do that it won’t crack? TQ.21/12/20
@@ashammy3847 hv u freezer d tausa half hour in d freeze🤔? it is after u make d white one W/O fillings, then u do d tausa ? If yes, then u hv to knead d dough again maybe d dough is too dry.
Sorry auntie English is poor hope u understand. Just gently remind : If d dough in the air for too long, it also will cause the dough become dry. Very easy just add abit water n reknead again ok 👌👍. If u want to put fillings ( any fillings hv to freezer 1/2 hour. Is better ok ) tqvm n happy cooking 😘❤

如果我自己吃,就不要加粘米粉,喜欢糯糯的,甜的就加白糖,炒花生米压碎洒一点也是特别香,还有就是喜欢吃咸的,小时候每年冬至都是吃咸的,一家人煮一大锅,吃一大碗还不够,花肉片炒白菜煮汤 开,汤圆用手掰大片大片的下锅,咸的吃不腻😃😃
