I want to try to make a small art doll of my own- a tiny wolpertinger. It's like a jackalope but with wings and other bird like features. I've never done anything like this before, and I don't really know how exactly to start, but I'm hoping this video might help me with ideas

Hmm not really, I have one that I'm keeping called The Red Wolf.
It's really not that hard to put fur on the face all you do is just cut the base of fur glue it on the face with fabric tac glue it's called flocking
There’s a bit more to it than just cutting and glueing..
