to be honest i think fitness for the most part is a big waste of time, if a person's goal is to develop skills and knowledge, you spend your points talent points or time on what it is you want to get better at. so running is directly opposite direction UNLESS maybe you are listening to legal study material on speechify on your phone though. i listen to speechify at my job which reads to me legal study stuff while i am earning money and i listen to it while i am doing chores. health though is good regardless what we do. avoid drugs, sleep well, eat well, fitness i think is only SMALL part of being healthy, i seen so many people at the gym who are not great in health.
