@@SolarPatrol There are no "rules" in SC either unless organized as an official event, right? It's just the fact that there is absolutely no consequence in dying in SC, so you don't care about your opponent and can claim the moral victory if you abide by "rules" (whatever they are...). In HC, if you die you die, what sort of rules would you follow against a random player in HC? Are you going to list a set of rules before hostiling someone and hope that he/she will abide by it? There's no reason whatsoever to duel in HC at the mercy of your opponent! You either kill or get killed, whatever means simple as that :) The cheap shot is for thrills and entertainment here, but there are those who actually hostile and go hunt instead of cheap shotting, but nobody ever follows any "rules" in HC (unless against opponents you are 100% sure will follow whatever predetermined rule).

not sure how to cheer to that. I played hc until I reached 74 then I went on the forums to buy a torch. I said "hold on I'm not 75 yet.. I could die xD". I tested the damage of an exploding doll before I begun farming meph (telestaff not even naj's puzzler xD). 1x doll. I had 75% chance to block and it could do like 540-950 dmg. I had just removed a belt giving 95life to use a resist belt and the bastard did 946-950 dmg because I had 946 hp. 3/4 chance to block the explosion, too xD. It was a good reminder that hardcore is silly. MA sin? Yea No. I get the thrill, but it's something you outgrow at the age of 8-10 if you're not a child for your entire life :/
