Do you know the age of that fish? I have several for the last 4 years and mine are about 10 to 12 inches. Bought them as peanuts. Truly living works of art. The interaction I have with them is amazing. They come to the surface and let me pet them.
Why was the pool 60 ft away? Making the risk of dropping the fish more serious. Only one of those guys was to lose his grip, and that fish could die from the trauma.
@TheKoiPartner I have 35 years of experience using power tools, I still manage to get the end of my finger cut off on a table saw. It just takes one second of complacency to cause an accident. Just saying 😌
