Fuxiao is very meta in JP arena, but if you don't want to summon for her, other good ones are Hilda, Karcion, Leon for Arena

@@RiroAndrew ohh, there wont be. The random SSR guaranteed is not even really worth for me, but could be okay if you get a GW for a char that you use then it should be okay to use it
does pity carry over to the next banner?
