Then add milk add salt to taste n DONE 😋👌👌 simple but oh so Delicious. Just as your culture uses red pepper chilis we grow up with hot 🌶 salsa in all our foods or it just don’t taste good. The lobster is sauteed, baked, fried, etc. with a bunch of seasonings/sauce (in this case the cheese) so you have to break it apart with a cleaver into smaller bits in order to cover the meat and soak in sauce. If the lobster were cooked whole it wouldn't taste as good. Also, the person who eats it can't really break open the lobster themselves if it's oozing with sauce. Lastly, the amount of cheese sauce is whatever, it's up to the chef. Honestly, I don't even know if you're expected to eat all the sauce but it's more of a dip that seasons during cooking and is used during eating. Expand your tastes and keep an open mind with these street food videos!
