Damn, that 200cc looks very agile, and fast. Congrats man, you rock. I did the am race on my 300 xcw, love it too and was wondering if I should downgrade to 200 as well, my concern is that I’m probably over 220lbs with gear so going to 200cc may be a different riding style and I don’t like to shift up and down so much:) with that 300 I basically ride 3rd gear all through.
@@calmfab73Thank you man. I’m actually on a 125sx in this video, but I love it. I was checking out the Beta 200 before I got this, but that was a little out of my budget. I believe that’s the only company still making new 200s.
@ whoa it’s doesn’t look like a 125 at all! So much progress has been done on smaller engines those days it’s crazy. I have tried the 200 beta last season when they came to one of the races for tryouts, I was impressed by it except for the suspensions that were not setup at all, it was very stiff, but the bike was just out of the dealership I guess they didn’t do anything on it yet. The engine was smooth, and the frame felt very tiny the bike was very agile like a mountain bike. I finally opted for my current 300 xcw as I wanted a bit more power down low, I like to ride on the torque rather top end. But man, that Beta was right on, if it was not that expensive I’m sure we would see way more of them 👍
@@calmfab73 I rode a 250sx for the past like 5-6 years, but I wanted something a little different. It is nice having that low end power of a 250 or 300 but I've been having a blast with the 125
Where are the trees?! I need to come race an ftr 😂
Great video man. Love the commentary 🙂
Hell yea brother
