If it makes you any better, it's almost 100% certain that Kaeya is in the next monthly shop. That's because we had Amber in the previous one, and Lisa is at the shop atm. If the pattern is the same as early monthly shop rotation before, then Kaeya would be in the next rotation.

Noelle was in the beginner banner, Xiangling was given out if you completed spiral abyss, Barbara was given out as a reward for reaching a certain adventure rank, Fischl wasn't a story character til the event with Mona but was introduced in a banner, same with other characters. If the character wasn't obtained through story means, it will always be in the banner while starter story characters won't be.
Tbh I'd love if they're gonna be added sometime in the future because 1. lots of people want their cons and 2. I'm getting tired of Noelle and Barbara being on almost every single banner :/

I pulled 77 times for zhongli and got qiqi instead. I GRINDED FOR MONTHS I BOUGHT WELKIN MOON FOR HIM and I got a depressed zombie child.. I cried for the entire day. Edit 6/18/2022: After my third time losing the 50/50 to Qiqi, I quit for a LONG time. I missed the second Zhongli rerun banner while in that era. But now that I need genshin more than ever for stress relief and friends coming back to it, I cannot reinstall it because I don't have enough storage. I tried to delete EVERYTHING on my laptop but nothing really worked. So basically I cannot play until around the 2nd of July, which is when I will get a new hard drive with 1TB of storage installed. I have made a promise to myself that when I come back, I am going to save my primos and my guaranteed for Zhongli or a really hot or cute woman. Soo, that won't happen for a long time. Anyways, 3rd Zhongli rerun when?
