He was Shakur #1 contender for the WBC lightweight title FIRST before tank was even considered or thought of, they literally had a Date and Agreement with the WBC😂. Dikriders might have amnesia, but I don’t. So Tank is definitely the one hating on Shakur for fighting Frank instead of Him, when Frank is no where near as accomplished.
