@@selvastravelforfood2859 ya i know not all bacteria are same..and the probiotics you take only last couple of days, even if you take it daily,it only increases a small percentage of good bacteria in gut. probiotics has little to no effect in people with healthy gut. We Indians are taking enough prebiotics and fibre so automatically the gut bacteria in our body flourish..the extra supplementation is a concept to westerners whose diet has limited fibres..in my opinion it's waste of money if you have no stomach issues and you are already healthy..so it's rubbish to spend money on it and better to take fermented rice
