The 2 best GT riders in the world lost on purpose to gift this pyrrhic victory to SK. Thats like taking a dive in boxing, a fixed fight !
The rider in the red/yellow jersey gets overtaken and relegated in all GT races all the time by teammates and the fastest and strongest win and wears the jersey in the end.
The winner HAS to overtake, not only his favorite teammate, but all of them and everybody else ! FFS !
It's not a team sport like NFL, NBA etc. - only one individual rider stands on the podium, not the team - GC scorecard the same.
