Honestly getting into trading is the best decision that I have ever made in my life. By learning how to trade, I learn to master my emotions. And by learning to master my emotions, I am less prone to suffering from whatever damage life throws at me. This makes me look at life at a more positive angle compared than before when I was always furious when something bad happened to me.
As anti stress maybe Yoga should be better, but surely less potentially profitable.. 😅

I have never undergone such emotional extremes of joy and anxiety/depression from trading. I agree 100%, it helps you understand loss, detachment to worldly things, and to make better analyses and objective decisions. I'm still going through the process, trying to manage my risk and expectations of a play. I am not sure I am even close to fully getting my emotions under control lol.
Maybe I should trade while I’m driving to avoid by road rage temper tantrums? 😂 maybe not.
Even as a beginner its not always as it seems, I've tried both and can say for a fact professional quidance ensures lucrative outcomes as an intending trader or newbie.
I do agree to an extent, trading the market can be very rewarding but its complex nature and technicality disapproves for wins, the need for pro aid should be mandatory.

Another vital aspect of trading summed in a great video. Been struggling with anxiety and patience. Pretty much destroyed my account several times. Now being patient and learning to wait has been a great improvement. The physiological part of constantly looking at the charts deterioted my initial objective. Totally agree, best advice to start off is, your already in a loss once you hit buy or sell. Cheers TSM! 👻

I also found that holding on to losers not only waste time and magnifies losses, but alslo keeps me biased to the opposite direction of the prevailing trend, wishfully thinking it'll turn back and save my trade (which it very rarely did), and at the same time missing every opportunity to reverse the trade, ride the trend and recover the loss and many folds of additional rewards.
Thanks for the great emphasis on this important trading aspect, I really liked the "mindset of lost money at trade start" concept.

One of the keys to master in trading is the ability to sit and watch the price moves.
Just do nothing, even if the price goes in your favour. Do this for a whole day or two. If you can master this ability, you have greatly improved your trading skill.

Great< video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 16` btc from day trading with Mark Maxwell in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish
My growing love for crypto caused me to explore until I came across Mark Maxwell (although I'm trying to avoid sensationalism) he is by far the best. No hype for hype's sake, but great inspiration to trade Crypto.
Wow, you know Maxwell too, he has been helping alot of [people recover their losses from the crash, he's all we need right now. Trading has so much advantages as it is volatile, this is a perfect time to partake in it folks.
