hihi!! thank u for reacting to &team! they were formed on &audition: the howling with four predetermined members, k, taki, nicholas and ej. it might be where you heard the howling before as well as in their two eps which make up their first full album- first howling : now. they have big lore that i don't understand much, and other people have explained it much better in the comments! but the basics run along the theme of being werewolves in a pack. They have their own webtoon dark moon the grey city, which is directly intertwined with enhypen's lore in the dark moon the blood altar, making them rivals vampires vs wolves. i really hope you check out more &team, its so lovely to see the teamies get more and more popular. also ej and jo were doing kendo not fencing in samidare!!

a brief explanation to "Under the Skin" MV. &TEAM concept is werewolf. The one who died is their former alpha named "Giri" he passed the alpha responsibility to K (the one talking to him at the beginning). The continuation is the "Samidare" MV, so K, EJ, Taki and Nicholas are much closer to Giri because they are with him since the beginning, the other 5 was rescued later from manipulative vampires. Nicholas (the one who punched 1st) got mad because it seems like the 4 are the only ones griving from Giri's dead and K is the new alpha so he is still struggling how to get the pack together. I belive the continuation is "Maybe" MV, they solved their problems, they are together.
If you like Samidare you’ll like the song they just released jyuugoya! For context they’re on a 4 seasons run right now so Samidare is spring Aoarashi is summer Jyuugoya is autumn and the winter song will be out mid December

In my opinion, &TEAM title track songs, apart from being connected to their webtoon lore, its also about them and their journey becoming a group. K, Taki, Nicholas and EJ were the permanent members before &TEAM was created. The lore is basically how K received intensed hatred and malicious comments/posts ever since iland, then the 3 other permanent members joined him at the end of 2020 to create a new group with him. We also have several of the remaining 5 members that participate &AUDITION show because they have the desire to be in the same group with the OT4. Fuma, left another popular survival show just to participate &AUDITION show because K was looking for new members. Yuma, had been in the J-Entertainment world since childhood and had gone through so much rough path. All members had their rough path and eventually find their way to each other and able to lift them up from their dark past. Based on what they have been talking about each other, apparently as time goes by as a group, they said, they start smiling a lot. Laughing together a lot. A member who is "emo" has become cheerful. A member who doesn't like to be touch, loves hugging and holding hands. I feel like their songs are mostly about the members and their journey and experience in overcoming hurdle of life.
