THE FLUFFIEST ROASTED GARLIC SANDWICH BREAD 🥖 HYsapientia Airfryer Oven

Ingredients for bread:
•120 ml warm milk
•1 tbsp granulated sugar
•4g instant yeast
•1 egg (room temperature)
•30g softened unsalted butter
•1/2 tsp salt
•200g strong white bread flour
Ingredients fir garlic butter:
•1 whole head of garlic
•70g softened unsalted butter
•approximately 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Bake bread at 175 degrees C for approx 15 mins
(Brush with a little butter once fully baked)

Hi Sobhia, I always look forward to seeing your videos as you seem to have similar tastes to me. When you said, "you could put cheese on the top if you wanted to", I said at the same time as you, "I'm surprised you (I) didn't" 😉🤣 because I have learned in the short time I've been watching your channel that like me, you love your cheese!
This looks amazing and now I have had my main oven removed and the air-fryer and air-fryer oven is in where the oven used to be, I will probably give this a try . . . I LOVE garlic bread! As ever, TFS and have a lovely upcoming weekend. Hazel x👍
