Classic traditional country music with a Bakersfield edge. With Steel Guitar, and twangy Telecaster, carrying on the styles of Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, Roger Miller, Ray Price, Del Reeves, Wynn Stewart and similar artists, this IS good old fashioned Country Music. Видеоклипы
Got to meet and spend some time with Anita in Nashville in November 2022. What a great singer and a wonderfully nice person to be around!
Gene I get the impression you were in the bay area in the late 60's, early 70.. I worked out there a little bit then.. Played Knaperdak Hall. Met Red Nerle (Spelling?) and went to the 1440 Club when Buck and Don were there.. Been a steel player for 50 some years.. And the lovely Anita and her voice are too well kept a secret... Keep it up, all of you!!
I love Anita's voice, this is the way country music is supposed to sound like ❤️
Great song, and she sings it beautifully. This is real country music! And I’m a sucker for a good shuffle!
Great singer thanks for sharing love this song.❤🇨🇦I wish someone had to teach me..
Love Anita singing, she is great
Remembering dawn sears Rip ❤
She has a voice for the classic country music---so nice!
Lovely!
Like this song. Sung very well. I like the words. Well done Anita. Good Luck.
Beautiful!
SOLID drummer! Diggin' the open style.
I'm a fan of Anita Stapleton. Saw Her live on stage in Music City this week. She had a fabulous set. Made me a true fan bought 3 CD's , enjoying.
Pure.
Thanks for having Anita on your show. She and I are friends. I did bass and backup vocals on her first album. She is sooo great!
Talent unleashed....! Wow
GREAT!
Great country artist
Great singer and song
Love her voice real country music , in my opinion
The most underrated singer of all time
She too country and western. No wild jumping around, smoke and alot of the other garbage these wanna be's do nowadays. I Anita and think she is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Totally agree with you!
I remember her when she was singing backup for Patty Loveless in the late 1990s. After that I had hoped that she'd have her own solo career. My wish came true!
wow what a voice love it
Merlin, since you now have comedy skits with Roni Stoneman on your show, I'd love to see her pickin' her banjo!
Great old country song and an outstanding cover by Anita. Hard to compete with Dawn Sears singing this classic. If your mentioned in the same sentence as Dawn Sears then you are special.
Harlan sure could write great songs. Anita singing them is what makes them great!
maybe the best country and western band in the country working right now. Jernigan cannot be described, Edwin moles on lead is spectacular you should look up his history. And Merlin still is a terrible ventriloquist 8--).....
You got us pegged pretty darn acurately, Starke! Thanks for the note! Take care, Buddy!
@@merlingene1931 dear Merlin, you inspired me to take ventriloquist lessons. But I'm only going to perform on the radio.
Wonderful rendition! Great band - top shelf. I'm especially diggin' Doug on the steel guitar!
If i near him, i want married him
Where is this show
Hi AFrame, This show was filmed at The Texas Troubadour Theater in Nashville, Tennessee in October 2018. It was intended to be the pilot episode for a weekly series for a cable TV network. However, we do not have a network to broadcast as of yet. We hope that will change in the near future. Thanks for watching!
@@merlingene1931 I can't believe RFD tv didn't pick it ip
AFrame Wind Kits we were disappointed. But, we’re still trying to find a cable TV network interested.
Hey Mr. Gene. I just watched y'all on RFDTV for the first time. You've got a great show but the sound quality on RFDTV is terrible. The sound is much better on youtube. That needs some improvement on the tv show. Sounds like they're broadcasting in mono AM or something.
Good job...but, the key is too high for her. It would be much better and smoother on the bridge/the higher notes in the song, to sing it at least one key lower. Good singer, though.
