To be fair, a lot of us have probably watched a lot of the Phoenix Wrong videos that were popular back in the 2000s, which made really heavy use of the sprites.
Good character design: you can identify the character's silhouette Great character design: you can identify which characters' silhouette is which even when they are grouped with similar looking silhouettes Amazing character design: you can identify and picture the characters' expressions, physical appearance, etc. in your mind even though they are obscured by silhouettes
also amazing character design: you can tell the difference between bratworth and edgeworth, and tell apart phoenix, phoeenie and furio tigre by just looking at the silouhettes

Damn it's so weird that you can recognise every characters JUST by their silouhettes. It just proves how well those characters are made. Even look-alikes like Furio Tigre who was made to look like phoenix, you could tell in an instant who was who ! Same with older/younger versions of characters, you can tell which version it is just by the silhouette.
My personal favorite parts: Manfred's finger wagging transitioning to younger Edgeworth -That whole thing with Valant and then his transition to trucy and phoenix, along with the bracelet -that Matt engarde part was amazing 🙏 -The younger Phoenix with Dahlia and iris -KLAVIERS GUITAR PLAYING AND THE FINGER SNAP ALIGNING PERFECTLY WITH THE SONG WAS SO SATISFYING -honestly all of it was great let's b real bless you for making this
I love the Phoenix and Trucy part, how they then face each other, people may hate what happens in Apollo Justice. But i love Phoenix's and Trucy's dynamics as Father and Daughter i actually laugh when he thinks she is too high spirit, but he also is, he is a better father than Shadi Smith. I do want to see Trucy get a "Mommy" that'll be a funny moment.
I love how when you ended it with Apollo and Phoenix saying OBJECTION! At the same time. That was my favorite part simply cause it show how much amazing both charaters are. Also, to me, it seem Phoenix is passing the torch to Apollo in Apollo Justice. But that just me.

Like how these aren't just random images thrown together; you're telling part of the story: Von Karma morphing to Young Edgeworth, then the bench shaking in an earthquake; Feenie on the witness standing with older Phoenix in silhouette; Apollo and Trucy appearing with the bracelet... Well done!
Okay, but imagine how sick an actual animated Ace Attorney version of Bad Apple would be. You could start with Phoenix, who tosses the apple up to Maya, Maya eats the apple and then drops the core, which becomes Edgeworth. Edgeworth does his finger wag to transition into Pearl, shattering the Sacred Urn, and one of the shards becomes Mia. Von Karma is next, giving an evil grin and holding up the taser, and then it becomes Franziska cracking her whip all serious, only for the camera to rotate around to Gumshoe, who's just vibing to the song. So many possibilities.
Ya know, there’s smth called a “Silhouette test” which is a test to test the uniqueness of your characters, by being able to recognize them from their silhouette, the physical character design of the character is perfect.

i know everyone has said this already but the fact that i was able to recognize every character by just their silhouettes is so fucking cool. i love how diverse every character is in their designs
Theres a lot of incredible moments in this but the one that really gets to me is seeing Miles and then the sillouhette of gregory edgeworth watching over him. Anything with those two always makes me emotional
I know it's been already stated but this video does an amazing job at showing just how recognizable the characters' designs and especially their animations are! Some of them weren't as clear standing completely still, but then you'd see the figure do one of their characteristic gestures and it'd be perfectly clear!

The transitions in this video were absolutely fantastic, I gotta say. And while I didn't recognize every character, I got 90% of them. Everyone has unique silhouettes and movements,

It's pretty cool how despite the fact that I've never played any of the games, and have maybe seen these characters only once or twice, I can still recognize most of them
The best thing in this video is that you can get all the references (like you can understand why does Dahlia appears when young Phoenix part goes) but even if you didn't know them you wont get spoilers
the biggest bother for me here is who exactly is in their module forms and which ones are in sprites. the witnesses were sprites and I know Apollo Athena Phoenix and blackquill but that's it.

The removal of all details except the silhouette just made me appreciate the minimal animation of the series even more
Fun fact of the 6 mainline ace attorney games 5 of the six cases involve blunt force trauma.
I know it's been already stated but this video does an amazing job at showing just how recognizable the characters' designs and especially their animations are! Some of them weren't as clear standing completely still, but then you'd see the figure do one of their characteristic gestures and it'd be perfectly clear!
i mean you see them for a whole chapter and you suffer while seeing them so it would be recognizable
