It's really good to scale weaker bosses to the highest tier, but as I said before since it's a 1v1 fight it's completely unfair to remove the poise of one side, if there are multiple enemies vs. 1 that's fine but this way it's just unbalanced, I think It would be better to buff the poise and not make it infinite.
I disagree when it comes to goddrick. His attacks come out real slow and he is staggered real easy. He needs that advantage just to compete. As you see he still lost a lot of battles. If had poise he probably would have lost all of them.
@@sailordallen2838Yeah. If this was Maliketh or Godfrey, no poise wouldn’t be a problem, since they would either stagger the enemy in two hits or do tens of thousands of damage in seconds.
Godricks vocalizations have always been my favorite from all the bosses the way he laughs and yells during the battle, you can tell he really is caught up in the moment also his rolly poly maneuver will never not be funny to me
You know what would be interesting to see? A tournament of every main boss, at the same scaling, both with posture breaks intact and removed. Seeing how a (presumably) tier 19 Godrick fared against the late game bosses makes me curious how for example Morgott, Radahn and Rennala would fare against equally scaled Maliketh, Malenia etc
It seems to me that Godric's problem is not in the characteristics, but in very slow and clumsy attacks. before the game was released and when watching the trailer, I expected more from this boss

I absolutely love watching Godrick fight, he's so badass and there were a surprising amount of moments in this that felt like a god damn movie. Even in defeatt I think he did good :)
What exactly is the point of scaling the bosses differently? I know that baseline Godrick would lose to late-game enemies, but why buff him to Tier 29 for someone like Radahn? Just a bit confused that these aren't matched.

Yeah, it has the strongest attack in the game I'm pretty sure, based on raw damage at least.
Yes, it's a "one shot" attack. If his enemies can't be knocked down like the Tarnished, it's over, no matter how much HP they have.
