We have plenty of beautiful Georgian Edwardian Victorian Gothic properties in London along with some amazing new build designs. London has such an amazing mix..... If you have the money
The kitchen could be better the sink area and storage for cookware and tableware would be inadequate for a dinner party unless you had it catered and that would defeat the purpose of a dinner party a gourmet kitchen would be better so you could entertain business clientele and friends and occasional out of town relatives. Whats the use in having a nice Parisian apartment if you don't show it off and let your people enjoy it.
As someone showcasing luxury homes I would expect you to be able to distinguish between a lighting feature and a chandelier, and a terrace and a Juliet balcony.
Then import it. You don't have to furnish your property using products from your own country only. Italians have been exporting their kitchens and marble for decades as an example
📌Nice video, love how you take your time to educate your viewers. Right now, I am enjoying a good life and touring round the world with what I made investing. Indeed ,building a Portfolio income(investing) through a licensed investment adviser is one out of many ways to earn passive income.
The view is ... interesting. It's the view of collaboration with ... evil. When other cities were sent into oblivion, the Parisians were literally sleeping with the enemy.
whoever did the hardwood flooring should be banned from this job. that is not how this should be done especially for 10mil. other than that great property ruined by the interior design again - they better sell these flats without staging.
european houses and apartment are so flat and hugly. For some reason developers think these grade school ugly construction is appealing and starting to adopt the garbage from europe. I bet its cheap design makes it look more spacious which leads to better profits for the developers in the US ...
Paris apartments especially older buildings are my favorite to look at. I love the ones with fireplaces and moulding on the ceiling.
Thanks for sharing!
I agree 😊
@@TobyCorban Would love to see more luxury Parisian apartments!
Lovely.
Love the flooring, the size of the rooms, and the balconies. Love the last bathroom.
Appreciate you!
great design, but who fitted that flooring? It looks an absolute mess with cracks/raises between herringbone planks, really needs re-doing.
Yesss, we need more Paris content
A Beautiful place!
If this was in central London , it would be £20m plus . This apartment is incredible, the space is amazing and the decor is very tasteful
It would be great to know who's the architect/ designer who did such a great job
Whoooosh Toby Corban has gone international!!!
Well Bon Jour !!!
👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!
We're in love with this apartment! Great presentation, Toby!
Thank you guys! 👊🏾
Extravagant chandelier = a pole with a light bulb on each end.😅
But seriously, this is a beautiful, well located apartment. Well done Tony.
You are a perfect host in front of the camera. A natural charm and wonderful voice.
That view!😍
Amazing apartment, I wish we had such apartments in London.

£10,000,000 flat with a £100,000 view
Agh! Sooo beautiful! 🤩👏👏👏 I’m going to dream about those floors!
Great tour man! Amazingly well described and explained from the finishes to the art work, loved it!
No ceiling lighting fixtures in the main hall?
Stupendous tour my friend! Make more luxe Parisian content please! Love your walkthrough presentation 👌🏾🇫🇷🗼🥐🥖❤️✨
What’s extravagant about those light fittings. Baccarat or Lalique would be extravagant. These are simple and tailored.
Magnifique ta présentation. L’appartement est magnifique et ta vidéo est canon 🔥

8:45 in what world is that a 90 inch tv? Looks like 40 inches at most
I can't afford it, but I can DREAM it's lovely
nice house...And is Paris actually safe right now?
That's what I was thinking
Good questions, was completely safe when I was there!
It's safe as long as you don't work past your 62nd birthday. Asking the lazy French to work longer is one of the reasons for the troubles 😉
Hello , great video , look just amazing this apartment in Paris , lovely space , beautiful wood floor , amazing furniture , big like , have nice week
Thank you so much 🤗
Wow. Speechless. Great tour. Awesome property. A few pounds shy atm unfortunately
love the reception room and the master suite
I do too
Where is the link to the realtors that are selling the property?
Stunning
I love the artwork and decor
What's the apartment size in m2?
Amazing video! 👍🏼🤩😍
16th arrondissement isn’t center of Paris but it’s the outskirts of Paris.
1st 2nd 3rd and 4th arrondissements are heart of Paris
You can add 5th, 6th and 7th
The thing you didn’t mention but everybody was waiting for: show us the Mickey!
Magnifico!!! Fantástico presentation as well. To be Paris is on 🔥 🤦🏾♂️
Thank you! 🙏🏾
Incredible!! ⭐️
As someone showcasing luxury homes I would expect you to be able to distinguish between a lighting feature and a chandelier, and a terrace and a Juliet balcony.
Good point! Maybe you should do the tours 😜
@@TobyCorban love to, but I’m too busy doing my job properly 😀
Does the apartment building have an elevator, or is it just stairs all the way to this top floor?
There's a lift!
Toby: "Would you live here?"
Me: Yeah!
This is really nice apartment.
I know right!
My guy upgraded to Paris.
Love it ❤
Beautiful home very spacoius for my family❤
Thanks Toby.
You're welcome!
“This home just gets better and better.” More like, this home just gets bigger and bigger.
Wow I love it ❤
0:36 unfortunately 10M gets you French electrical work and missing light fixtures...
11 million euro and you get kitchen countertop workspace of a rent controlled apparent.
agreed, substandard
I would like to live there. Thank you for review ❤️ One question - they have real fireplace or just decorative?
Appreciate your comment, its a decorative fireplace ! :)
Most beautiful home
We agree!
Beautiful apartment
7:17 that's not build in!
Lateral living space 😊. Not going to fall off then.
Lol!
That was a lovely apartment
It really is!
Very nice
So nice
God I love sponsorblock
I want that TV unit. They don't sell those in America ugh
Then import it. You don't have to furnish your property using products from your own country only. Italians have been exporting their kitchens and marble for decades as an example
the 16.arrondissement is definitely not in the heart of Paris but rather far from it.
Very likeable tour guide, resplendent apartment but the kitchen's functionality is sort of abysmal.
What you call a “view” ? For that money I can find something next to Eiffel Tower
Very elegant and classy - but I would feel lost and lonely, not cosy at home. It's too big and "cold" just for statement ☹️
Beautiful apartment 🤍
It really is!
Hallway alone is fn' worth it
The decor and furniture detracts from the spaces.
🌞👍🏿👏🏾👊🏿✊🏿💐…BRAVO
Is it fire retardant?
Oui oui!
With €10,000,000 you can buy a castle

Glad you like them!
🎉🎉
Slt pardon j'ai envie de voir tous intérieur et extérieur dans la maison 🙏
Why do you take old historical places and furnish it modern?!
To each their own! :)
The 16th arrondissement is NOT the center of Paris. Come on now. 😒
Beautiful interior and spacious layout but the apartment doesn't seem to have great views!
I totally agree!
The only bad thing about this apartment is that it's in Paris.
Il est où l'argent ?
Mua roi. Bought. Toi Paris nhan ngay.
👌👏👑👑🥇✨
The view is ... interesting. It's the view of collaboration with ... evil. When other cities were sent into oblivion, the Parisians were literally sleeping with the enemy.
A gross oversimplification.
Only 10 Rs Bismiallah ?
Pareesan is the incorrect American pronunciation. It's pronounced Par-ri--zee-en.
Very nice but the price 🤨🧐 the balconies are too narrow. I love everything about the Master but the bedroom and the Apt doesn't have awesome views 😏
Thanks for sharing

Reception room is not in private dwellings, but in offices. Please stop saying “your wooden floor” etc. it is a slang.
British term of reception as defined by the dictionary "a room in a private house suitable for entertaining visitors."
I’m sure Paris can do better than this.
Interesting!
Next to the riots.
Шумно от дороги....

Unfortunate interior design
There is not terrace just a gally balcony. The artwork is just junk.
it's not luxury
Un sommet dans le mauvais goût ! Décoré par la trogneux ?
Horrible decor! It looks so cheep and tacky, get all the stuff out before selling its doing no favours.
who can aford it ?
