    Thank you! I am happy for warmer weather for you. It must have been so difficult on the hands when it was cold.

    Such a soulful performance Patrick Sir. Truly touches the heart. And your music is certainly a ray of hope and provides comfort in these difficult times. I belong to India and the circumstances here are horrifying but when I shared your music with my friends and co-teachers they too loved it. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to hear you playing. May Christ bless you abundantly in health and happiness.

    Does anyone know what this song is about? It makes me cry every time I hear it, it’s so beautiful.

      It’s a song about lost love. I played the piano accompaniment to a recitation in a Feis (music festival) when I was about 12. I think we won a bronze medal.
      Down By the Salley Gardens
      BY WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS
      Down by the salley gardens
      my love and I did meet;
      She passed the salley gardens
      with little snow-white feet.
      She bid me take love easy,
      as the leaves grow on the tree;
      But I, being young and foolish,
      with her would not agree.
      In a field by the river
      my love and I did stand,
      And on my leaning shoulder
      she laid her snow-white hand.
      She bid me take life easy,
      as the grass grows on the weirs;
      But I was young and foolish,
      and now am full of tears.
