This should be an eye opener to would be parents and also a reminder to existing parents both old and young... The foundation you give your child matters regardless of affluence or poverty. A present father yet absent in the home front is best regarded as non-existent. Mothers should learn to support and champion their children's wellbeing - mental, emotional and in every respect. This is a huge lesson to all. Jade was failed by her parents (those that should protect and defend her no matter what) .
We must all be vigilant and say no to every form of abuse. SEE IT, SAY IT, STOP IT!
I must confess, I already planned I wasn't going to cry watching this movie but I can't explain exactly what pushed out the Tears in 1.50.00.

So I have been busy and unable to complete this movie since I started it the day it came out until today,finally completed it..Besides the movie being all so emotional, it also carries alot of lessons to be learnt,and also the parents of Jade bears majority of the blame, first the father, who was gender biased and always made her feel less of herself , blamed her for all his misfortunes and even her mom who didn't speak out when she should have, the movie is so lit..Kudos mami @mobimpe and zaddy @oladimeji, so much originality in it.@Biola bayo😍

Girls child are to be loved and protective just like a male child. We are the same in the sight of the Lord. Every trauma jade goes true is because of her parent most especially the father. The most painful thing in this movie is jades death, it really painful to me,I cry to the extend that I have headache, jades father is throughly a definition of useless father, that did not care about female child, he suppose to die instead of jade,I really pity jade, upon all the suffering, she later died, very pathetic story, I must confess this movie is very interesting

"Suicide should never an option, no matter what life throws at us, I can feel jade's pain, her parents are responsible for her cross more especially her "FATHER" he was the foundation of it all, his preferences, discrimation etc secondly her mother's lack of knowledge, selfishness , greediness act so as not to loose the job & non chalant attitude towards the rape issue cos if she has taken drastic step it wouldn't have end this way, Ayomide did the right thing cos she didn't confide in him but was too late b4 he reconsider, this is a great lesson to all our parent out there more especially our "FATHERS" stop gender discrimination & Abuse a Girl can also do better Rip to this great man "KOBE BRYANT" his a typical example we can all emulate, invest in ur girl child, love her, cherish her, encourage her & u'll be proud u have one, see u all at the top.
