For the record, I started working with melisa in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends

1. Don't declare, if you're not committed to it and you're just excited for a moment.
2. Will or want? I will is a powerful word.
3. He changes his life, he changes his habits, this is the difference between will and want.
4. Your life's gonna change, you're gonna make that decision leaving this place.
5. One thing that make your dream comes true is, people can change.
6. That is the leader that you want to follow, who believe in themselves with work ethic, vision and teammates.
7. Attitude is important, people love your honesty and your attitude. Attitude allows people to forgive your lack of knowledge and their patient with you.
8. Same company, same dealership, same car, same location, same customer, two different attitude, one make $5000, one didn't make any commission. Why? Attitude .

I’m 28 years old, and ever since I can remember I’ve always had this passion to lead other and give others the energy they need to succeed in life….. I try to neglect the feeling and just live an average life (work to pay bills, have a good home life, and keep things easy because you’d think you’d be satisfied with all of that) but right now that passion is still eating me up because I’m not pursuing what I should be.

Your experience at the first car dealership, I paid attention to your reaction regarding the service you received from the salesman. I believe you could have changed that young man's life. You were in an environment where you saw an issue and a problem, and I believe that your attitude and confidence could have brought that young man out of that dark place that he was in.
That man may have been rude and insensitive to you and your family's position as customers, but that man was hurting and he needed someone to pour life into him.
A man with your influence, your grace, and your intelligence, could have shifted that man's life. It takes character, sensitivity, humility, a beautiful atittude, and a deep compassion for people in order for a person to be able to shift someone's life, and you carry those very attributes Sir.
I think that could have been a chance for that young man to see greatness from a different perspective. He was in a dark place and there is no telling how long he has been in that place. It does not take alot of time to meet people where they are (which is something you already know), especially if they are in a position where they are not able to see any light at the end of the tunnel. You pour life into people everyday Mr. Bet-David. And I know that was an intimate time with your family Sir, but even moments as such create room for someone to be liberated and delivered out of a dark place, especially by someone with your caliber. Because that is what you do. You help to change the lives of others. And you do it from a sacrificial and selfless place.
Mr. Bet-David, do you know why this man "dragged his feet" and showed unconcern to your needs and your service? He could not "see you." He grouped you in with all the other people who have came into that place and disregarded his value. It may not be intentional on his end, but that is probably how he felt. I remember one time, my sister and I were in the grocery store and we went to the deli. There was a young lady there who was working in the deli that day and you can tell she was not in a good mood. She did not greet us at all, she just asked for our order. I was quiet and watched her posture to see if it was ok for me to do what I had in mind to do, and The LORD gave me peace about it and so I asked her if it was ok for me to tell her a joke, and she was ok with it. I told her the joke and it broke the heaviness that suppressed her beautiful soul. She needed that. Sometimes it is in the small things, that can make a person's day. It takes character to care, which is what you have Sir.
I know when we go into public establishments and businesses, we expect the people who work in these places to have the right posture and character when serving the needs of others, but when life happens, and its challenges put you in a different head space, sometimes it takes the care and compassion of a customer to pour life into that individual who is held accountable for upholding a healthy posture in the workplace. There are people who work for companies who are not as fortunate to have employers such as yourself Mr. Bet-David. You take time out to demonstrate another level of care and passion when it comes to those who are a part of what you have built and is still building. All employers do not take that kind of time to pour life into their people. That is what makes a business such as yours a rare commodity and those alike. Shalom

papi, great story. trying to change my attitude feel kinda lost. its like my habits and mental thinking i have tons of things that hold me back. hope i can get some of that attitude before i die. its easy towards others but towards yourself its the true challenge.
Awesome guy man… I’m down on my luck, loss my father and recently mother. I’m depressed, stressed, hate my job so much, live in a war zone city like philly ran by corrupt democrats, this guy gives me hope. Me and wife plans are for me to quit this job, move to Florida and find a better job, better environment and just be happy. I need a fresh start and hearing Bet Patrick lights a fire in my gut… I need to change everything, I’m 42 years old and I can’t continue like this! I will end up in a early grave either by health issues or getting shot somewhere in Philadelphia.

Damn, I always thought I was being stupid, naive and arrogant for saying how I "will" become a millionaire and make enough money to retire at 30. Nobody else ever shared their goals and dreams as I did and I always thought it was because they were gonna let their actions speak instead. Turns out, there was rarely any action at all...
