There is just no world where I see NYSL making a change this late. I don't think there's much upside.
12 teams is just not enough, hopefully they add a few more now that the fee was removed
Unpopular opinion but it's plenty enough, the talent has been refined and you will only have enough top tier players for 4 maybe 5 competitive teams if all the the best players from the bottom 8 teams pooled together. Expansion just means more shit teams, I'm not interested. I instead want more events and a LAN league for the teams we currently have.

16:00 I understand this argument made on NY, but there is something that everybody tends to forget imo, it's that we are placing optic #1 because of that unbelievable godlike performance on championship sunday, but before that sunday, they did not look that dominant at all + on sunday their serie could have been a 3-0 in favor of NY or a loss against Faze on the next round. COD is a momentum based game and that fired them up for the sweep against Toronto. I think now a flip has been switched and they will be looking that good for the rest of the season. But if NY ice up in game 1 and win that HP, I am confident that everyone would have put Optic #4 in their tier list. I'm not saying that Optic do not deserve to be praised and put at number 1, but don't burry NY just yet. We have had 3 major and as much winers so maybe the 4th is for them, you never know. I know they have glaring hp issues as well as not being consistent but that could change is all I am saying

Priestahh is literally bad. The other teams are just straight-up way better, especially with how much Kis has regressed.
Hot take last year was a fluke. Not to take credit away, but it was not sustainable. They placed basically dead last in the all events they didn't win. Priestah and Kismet overperformed, Hydra is Hydra. Going back to the old 4 does nothing. Making a change was a smart move to try and not fall victim to the champs curse and get exposed for the fluke year but it wasn't enough.

As an optic fan I definitely wouldn’t put us above faze they just had an off major with their search but they are still dominant and consistent

@@sheltondmello8031 I totally agree with that bro, it literally depends which team is playing to their potential that day. Even though optics lost every matchup this season beforehand it was obvious watching the games that optic could have and at many times should have won maps they didn’t, like being down 100 points in a HP just to bring it all the way back and lose to time, or throwing a 5-3 SnD lead.
