Great to hear about your reading plans for 2025! I’m trying to be a bit more structured with my reading this year and have joined a few more reading groups, I’m very much a mood reader and hope I’ve still left myself enough reading room for that, time will tell. I’ve signed up as a booktube judge for the first time too, which should be fun!

Hey Roz, me and my sister are having a read a book a week challenge, where we have to read at least 1 book per week throughout the year. She's starting off with the Harry Potter series and I've got a couple of things left from 2024 to finish and I started the audiobook of '"Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban", since I've read the physical versions already. I plan to read the Temperence Brennon series as well as continue with the Anne Of Green Gables series among other things. I do like a bit of spontaneous reading, but I'm notorious for planning in advance, so by the time I get round to doing whatever I planned I end up going and reading something random. In 2024, mainly thanks to some stuff being threatened with the recycle bin, I took a deep dive into Anna Jacobs' historical fiction. I've also chosen "The Black Loch" inPeter May, which I've been looking forward to reading since before it came out, so I chose it for when it's my turn to choose something for an in person Scottish crime fiction book group.
