How does grandma eat if she doesn't know herself or anything? May i ask*
Of course you may ask. The brain signals hunger still but mostly it’s up to the caregivers to make sure she’s feed and Grandma loves her food. At this post for my Mom, all her food is blended into puree so she can swallow.
