It is interesting how breakfast at the Polynesian seems to have a southern twist to it, especially with the sausage gravy on the flatbread and cheese grits. Those two items are mostly Southern cuisines or in southern cuisines. When I think of Polynesian, I think of Hawaiian.
I'm thinking ham and pineapple (not sure if just for breakfast), but...
The next challenge for Trisha (sp?) is to go down the slide at Coronado Springs!
