1. U said just remove the layers and talk one to one like private sector but what is guarantee that one person will not take bribe and will follow the ethics....
2. Earlier no one was interested in govt jobs .. people used to prefer their own business and private jobs....by giving job securities they are enhancing the competition level....but why govt has fixed time period for the promotions if any body is doing their job in well mannered so govt should award as like private sectors it will help them to encourage and to do work fast as well ......and we have to set the time period that in this particular time you have to complete these no. Of files...and if they don't penality should be imposed on them like private sector they just give you a task and u need to complete it in given time period .... we need to make a set of rules and it's strictly implementation

I am an ex Army..now into Civil aviation..I have faced this layer system a lot of times..these sarkari clerks dont want to put some effort for any thing. I want to come forward at your channel and explain what evil happens with me in just getting a NOC for helicopter landing at himachal...then at Panchkula..these people just kept on bouncing my file from 1 office to another..it took me 18 months to get a NOC..sir..please give me a chance to speak out. Me sharing my experiences may help others like me...Corruption plays a huge role in this sir. They expect bribe on every table.

Very well explained Sir, A perfect example is SBI vs HDFC both the banks are SIB(Systematically Important Banks) which means the economy rely on these banks. SBI is like every typical govt office where your document will take few hours to get processed but HDFC, a private lender knows how to handle the work in an efficient manner and that's why there profits are surging every quater and reaching new hights. Also, the managers do the same work but in private bank, managers having 6 year of experience will be earning in lakhs but in Govt bank the salary will be limited to 65k. NPA of every Public sector bank is higher than the private sector banks and this shows us how Public sector banks are working.

may be is post colonial hangover where you dont trust "lower layer". Now because of no trust , no incentive for hardwork there is no sense of responsibility. Once there is no sense of responsibility you dont even empower yourselves.
Yup, that is why all those sectors which were privatized performed well. But again it boils down to individual and resposbility and commitment. In private sector one needs to ve the same to survive.

सर जी बिलकुल सही बात कही है आपने मे भी आजकल इसी दिक्कत से झूझ रहा हु दफ्तर के चक्कर काट काट के चप्पले घिस गयी है, मेरे पिताजी की डेथ 2019 मार्च मे हुई थी अब तक पेंशन भी स्टार्ट नहीं हुई है और न ही डाईंग इन हार्नेस रूल 1974 के हिसाब से जॉब भी नहीं मिली है।

1. There are more layers in the system than needed. This takes a lot of time to approve something which delays decision.
• This could be sorted out by some reforms in the system
2. Many employees are careless towards their work. They have job security and hence they try to avoid as much work as possible.
• They need to be more competitive and devoted towards their work.
3. Many of the employees lose their enthusiasm after a short duration of their job.
•There needs a more 'constructive and learning mindset' and innovation at work.
4. Many employees try to avoid taking bold decisions as much as possible which delays the work.
• Employees need to be more audacious and confident.
•○ It is more of a fault of the system than the employees, which allows them get through the loopholes. The system is made to work as such and some important steps need to be taken to reform this system.

I checked everything before opening account, you seems too much confidence on SBI. You must visit our local banch and see their {SBI employees} body language and voice tone. Then talk about technology later.

Very simplistic and elimentary explanation. Sir, agar koi terrorist ko passport miljata hai, TCS waleka kuchh nahin hoga. Bichara sarkari naukar suspend ho jayega. Kabhi suna hai passport office ka TCSwala ka (outsourced vendor) naukri gaya ho? RTI officer ko jhelna hai.
इस समस्या से निपटने का एक तरीक़ा है। यदी सभी सरकारी दफ़्तरों में सिटिज़न चार्टर लग जाए जिसमें वहाँ होने वाले प्रत्येक काम की समयावधि निश्चित हो तो कर्मचारियों को उस अवधी में काम पूरा करके देना होगा।
