Bro you might have no idea how this feels but my 18 year old son has decided to leave home recently- 3 months before he graduates high school because he didn’t want to live by the household rules, but he’s more steady in life than most 18 year olds so I’m not too concerned. I just got home from work today with my pastor doing missionary work feeding the homeless and giving them winter clothes and helping addicts come to recovery this song is what gave me want to, to go out and give back to the homeless. I have been homeless for 2 years now and I am not homeless anymore

Great song . Definitely hit my heart. I've been messing up bad the last month or so , after when He found me in darkness living a messed up life a year ago. It's been a struggle pretty much the whole time I've been saved but about a month ago I really fell hard . I gave up on myself went backed to drinking all the time and using drugs chasing women. I felt so ashamed I still kinda do. Today was an ok day reading the word in prayer, got a job today , but with my flesh telling me go ahead and get a 4 pack of beer I was fighting with the idea for a couple hours until I finally gave in, I drank one and poured out the 3. I Love my God I been fighting to have a relationship with Him again and I started to throw it away for some beer . But this song help thank you. And if u could I need prayers fighting these demons and addiction depression ect. ect.

The devil comes at u the hardest when he sees you making an attempt to be close to the Lord to follow the right path...u also struggle with addiction (opioids) but I have a little clean time under my belt now almost a year everyone messes up I relapsed over a year ago after being clean for over 5 so I feel you but there are places to go for support I now attend a faith based recovery program ever Thursday called celebrate recovery....if there is one within reach of you I strongly recommend it it has helped me in ways I cannot imagine.....stay strong and remember no matter what God loves YOU and he loves you as you are

My son is going through so much and I really need Him to know through all His ups and Downs God still love Him and want Him to come back to Him. He's hated and truthfully I think he hates himself for his errors but there is forgiveness through Christ Jesus our Lord.
