crazy cuz i learned these exercises when i was 14 just never realized the value of olympic lifts. bouta to my favorite lift in the gym tmo: hang cleans. i’m juiced
@@littlethuggiea combination of both i would say. u can have terrible form and technique but low weight probably wouldn’t injure you but adding weight plus bad form would or could.
also i agree with ur original comment, having the picture perfect form isn’t always necessary. having good enough form while working towards improving it is jus aa good if you’re still getting that weight up 💯💪🏽
All I do is snatch and clean and jerk. Took me a year to get my technique down well enough to start loading.

There is nothing more exciting than getting ready to do a heavy clean and press.
And nothing scarier than a heavy front squat 😂
@@sweatyatoms7719real. If programmed right though it’s not too bad
Ok…honestly, who gets a kick out of snatching in a commercial gym. People are always like 😮😮😮
Huge myth that you need great technique to get a lot out of weightlifting.
By a lot you mean a lot of injury and incidents… right ?
@@waltersteyger1215 injury is infinitely more to do with loading than anything technical.

@JahThaGod12 adding weight with "perfect" technique can cause the same injury. It's a loading issue (simulation, fatigue, recovery)
