Ahh...like a wind of fresh air into today's music-industri: reminds me a bit like - as almost in a deja-vu-feeling - of when Björk burst into the 'scene' in the -90's. Not neccessarily in the sense that they are or sound the same - but they were both different, like in standing out amongst their contemporaries! Wonderful - definitively a new favorite of mine! (Although I haven't really heard that much, yet....but "Judged by" is most likely going to become a classic, I just love that song!)
A high art that is far too underappreciated. Christopher and Maria have both been super friendly in the past for me so if you are new to this music, please check out their extensive catalogue. So many projects to enjoy. We have a long history but I dare them to produce, in any of their projects, a song that just isn't good compositionally. They'd probably suck at making something sound bad is what I'm saying.
It's a shame that this group and their music wasn't really unleashed in the U.S. they are absolutely incredible. I hear a lot of the band Renaissance in their music and her vocals. I really like this band

@@Mr_H3nry It might be just a typo in the lyrics on the internet, or those are two made up words. I've seen this video lots of times now and the visual style has always reminded me of something, but I've never been able to put my finger on it. It just hit me! Fritz Langs Metropolis from 1927!
Juan is so energetic on stage with Heilung, the man has an energy that just drives that group forward with the heartbeat of the universe itself. He is immensely talented. I cannot wait to see him in a ritual live for myself. I want to meet them all.

Also, I just noticed, that little plant keeps trying to grow but men keep stepping on it until mother Gaia gets mad at humanity and decides to destroy what they've done to her

@@conannilsen4935 Yes, Maria is a phenomenal vocalist, fantastic talent, with a superb stage presence, and an important collaborator with such a wide variety of amazing artists, including of course, Christopher Juul, plus the Euzen group and Kai Uwe Faust & Co. Good music... great video. I realize the director is in the band... he could quit his day job (joke). I mean, the music is good... I dug it... but this video's direction is special.
To me there is actually a great deal of Bjork in it. It is the same little tease of pop/hit but with a much more complex structure than 99% of modern pop music. Great video as well, I love this little epic doomsday drama unfolded in 5:35, more like a short film with soundtrack than a music video.
So heartbreaking, I love the eco message. The climate change deniers will be the first to jump in their rockets and fly away when our planet begins to die completely, though I am not sure humanity even DESERVES to survive after damning all other life on earth.
The climate change deniers think their going to get a free ticket off the planet when the Rapture happens. They're completely bat-shit crazy religious zealots.
The earth will be here long after we humans are dead and dust. Life will go on even then, unless of course our sun goes super nova or some kind of catastrophic celestial event occures. I'm not saying we shouldn't care for our home but we humans tend to be v3ry egotistical when we believe puny little humans can destroy the earth and all life upon it. Even after a world wide nuclear holocaust, life will go on and find a way.
Oroborus as a “bat-shit crazy religious zealot” the first duty given to man was to tend the earth. Rather than give power to politicians over fake co2 concerns I’m actually working the land and supporting nature in its recovery.

@Rady Siki I'm neither a Communist nor am I affiliated with ANTIFA . I'm not even a democrat. I'm basically an anarchistic transcendentalist with no political preference as I reject modern forms of governance whenever I can. Communism is just as anthropocentric as capitalism and will solve nothing. It's humanity itself that's the problem not a single component population of it. I'm more for a Thanos-style solution but such things only exist in fantasy.

They don't have to be unleashed in the States, they're already immensely successful in Europe along with their Heilung nordic sound evolution.
average american has terrible taste in music
RUclips finally nailed it with the AD... Chris Hadfields Masterclass on Space Exploration, how aptly placed with this wonderful, prophetic song.
Vividly think that irony sinks
You're wreckedly, rickidly falling apart
Dazzled by grace, sound in your face
Sense of it all is unnervingly sharp and
Rid of it all, crawl til you fall and I
Know what awaits, no common faith
Your mind will be thicker and sticky to those
Who know how it goes, is drawn by your pulse
Someone's who's pleading for you to come close and
Try and be gone, try and get lost again
Will to survive, live cause you die
Learning by doing is better than not
You know how you fought, to flee from the plot
You're working your way to avoid getting caught and
Time to be rough, time to adjust again
A single sound will tear the ground
It sings with
A billion souls will tear a hole to fall through
Run away you fool, you should run away
To the hill, to the moon, to the sky
Run fast, don't fail, just try
Could it be, can't you see this is not our place to be
We did all that we could, we were much too good
Defeat us all completely
Who take the blame, who feels ashamed
Who needs to flee while the rest twitch in pain
A multiple cry is shredding the sky
An infinite number not ready to die and
Where could we go, is there a way out there
Survive again I see the end
It's drawing near, it's drawn by fear
No time for debate, already too late
To eliminate our own devastate
Our time is up, we've set the date
By doing nothing we've fucked up our fate and
It was our call, we've spoiled our chances now
A single sound will tear the ground
It sings with
A billion souls will tear a hole to fall through
Fly away you fool, you should fly away
To the hill, to the moon, to the sky
Fly fast, don't fail, just try
We did wrong, much too wrong,
Should have seen it all along
Time to flee while you can, time to understand
We spoiled our chance completely
Thank you.

This video must have been inspired by 1984, Metropolis, and From the Land of the Moon.
I think you mean "A Trip to the Moon" (Le Voyage dans la Lune) the French silent movie from 1902.
