      I used to always be so ON THE GO. Always trying to do too many tasks together never concentrating on one thing. And now I'm learning to slow down a bit, be mindful of my daily tasks. Because I used to always feel anxious because of it, like I'm running late for something or I have to catch a train or something like that. So I really appreciate your content. ❤

      Thanks! Of course, I would share about it once I'm done with it :) So far, I have learned about different studies that show the connection between mind and body, but nothing is especially new information for me yet..

    I was just diagnosed with low D3 and high cholesterol, dr wrote me an RX for 5,000 D3 and Folic acid and told me to take apple cider vinegar supplements. Also high blood pressure, so I've been meditating. I work in a deli, a highly socialized environment. Very exhausting mentally and physically. I have begun " slow living'. I love to read and want to start journaling.
