@@philjol1 Your question is answered by looking at how each side has invested its resources. Israel builds bomb shelters and iron domes to protect its citizens against more than 20,000 rockets fired by the terrorists who invest their resources constructing tunnels underneath civilian infrastructure to protect rockets meant to kill Israelis. Israel cares for its people while the terrorists expose their people.
