They can't do much with the top tier limited on 13.7 (in my opinion should be 15.0 with the new f-15i), the plane is in the right BR, that is, if we consider that the current battle rating mapping is completely broken and needs a rework. Things like the Mirage 2000 are simply consequences and symptoms of this.
The C-S4/C-S5 is criminally undertiered. I only have the C-S4, so I don't get the extra CM's/MAWS, but damn does it still slap. My usual strategy is to use the insane supersonic performance to bore in just under cons to slap Fakour spammers so they can't get a 2nd salvo off after repairing/reloading on AF. Any Fakours shot at me are likely to be on IOG at long range, and I just swerve a bit to see if I can get out of the way without having to notch. Works pretty well allot of the time. After that, I come down and deal with the furball that's been developing while I dealt with those at altitude. By that point, I usually have the speed, altitude, and positioning to do practically whatever I want. Nearly untouchable in 11.3-12.3 lobbies. Especially in a squad.
@@luoeain2026 It has more overall flare pops than an F-16A. You can manage them pretty well if you have practice. From the flight performance, sensors, and weapons, this thing should absolutely not be seeing 11.3. They stand little chance against a competent M2K pilot
Also f16 mlu still bugged(?) with only 90cm Carried aim120c irl but only has aim7 as placeholder instead of 120a Aam loadout also applies to adf as well iirc ^
ive gotten alot of kills with python3s/9ls alot of the times people flare too late/dont cut afterburner giving me alot of free kills so idk about you but to me 9ls are pretty damn good missiles and are way more reliable (in my experience) than the 7f atleast if used correctly. 2 irccm missiles at 12.3 is insane tho
When I play my j35xs and kurnass the only things I worry about in uptiers is the french, how gaijin thinks irccm missles at 12.0-12.3 are fine plus very competent flight models, radars, and radar missiles is ridiculous but I make do.
It’s straight up annoying when I have to fight this shit in my MiG-23.. Thank god I switched my grind to the f-15 and I am at a safe battle rating of 10.3 in my f5c 😮💨

Normally you should have started with the M2Ks lmao. But be careful the play style of the M2K is really really different from the F-16's one, you are way more aggressive in your maneuvers and in short range with the Magic you need to be at 2km behind your future kill but be careful to not shoot at a flare.

Russian aircraft, in general, are a headache. They are very difficult to operate in the game; it requires a lot of effort for few kills, the snail simply dont want to fix them

American jets now make the game so one-sided with the spamrams, while Russia has to rely on either the Ers for long-range hits or Ets for stealth hits. I will say though that playing the Su 27 for a while definitely forced me to change my playstyle and learn different methods for engagement so I'm grateful for that at least.
Everytime I crash its purely unintentional (black out or just skill issue). Id prefer to get shot down over crashing cus at least you get some rp from it and not get a crew lock

Nah bro when you count the pops of flares/chaff it is the same, so it is basically the same damn plane for around 20€ which imo is a bargain! Especially if you play simulator battles this thing rips lobbies. I highly recommend it

If you use it wisely and position yourself cautiously, it's more than sufficient. Invite a friend to launch missiles at you so you can practice defending against them with precision.
This place is in an hard spot, it doesn’t have the missiles but a top tiers air frame . If they put it at 13.0 it would be unfair 12.7 it will still have to fight fox 3 so unfair and 12.3 it’s too op So it’s in a weird place to sit in
It's quite simple: position yourself at a perpendicular angle to the attacking aircraft and drastically reduce your speed while deploying chaff. This exploits the weakness of the Doppler effect on pulse Doppler radars.
So this plane gets top grade rwr, really good countermeasures, good radar and everything else and no one cares. But the f14a with no rwr, dogshit rear aspect ir missiles and engines that make r60s act like aim9m goes up and has to fight top tier every match. Everyday i hate this community more. Oh yeah i forgot the f14a also has a pitiful amount of countermeasures.

The mirage 2000 with micas is also quite good at wvr combat.

It has 2 excellent IR missiles, the 530D is useless unless your target is slow or doesn't react. 12.3 suits it fine due to the loadout.
