“God always prepares us for His use, or positions us.” “Counter pride by loving the truth.” “But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”” Revelation 21:8 ESV 💜
I appreciate your teaching But I think it’s more likely David inquired of God, individually or possibly thru the prophet Gad because Gad shows up in 1 Sam 22.5 and the eph is doesn’t show up until 1 Sam 23:6. The text to me looks linear and not an inserted passage - just a thought
It wasn't the men of Keilah the summoned David. Chapter 23 is a continuation of the events of chapter 22. It would have been Abiathar and anyone that was with him that told David about the Philistines attacking Keilah. If the men of Keilah were so anxious to have David save them, why then would they be so ready to hand him over to Saul after David saved them? Why not just tell him to flee?
Amen!!! Help us to see you kingdom in us...
Great teaching brother. May we be like David and inquire from the Lord in uncertain time and not get angry
Thank you ✝️📖✨✨
