  • A Crookes radiometer is a glass cylinder with evacuated air, inside of which there is an impeller, the blades of which are mirrored on one side and blackened on the other. Under the influence of light or infrared radiation, this impeller begins to rotate with the mirror side of the blades forward. We're looking into why this happens.
