That suspension set-up was a shock to me. I expected it to be bad, especially because it looks rugged, so one expects it to just be rough but they got it right. They got a lot of things right here👌🏾
Yeah its a little bit agricultural on the engine sound but yoh I loved this car so much that I could not blame it. It makes up for its short comings in so many ways.
Hi Sebuwa, I love the detail and the genuine nature of your review. I have always been on the fence about the duster. Now, you can consider me off the fence!
Hi Mark, such a warm comment. I really appreciate it🙏🏽. I was never a fan of the Duster honestly but this is quite impressive👌🏾. Helped to realise that one needs to actually experience the car to know whether it's good or bad
impressive fuel economy indeed and solid product. I'm sure someone who owns such a fuel efficient car is a happy customer indeed. Thanks so much for the video.✌✌✌
@@sebuwam Okay I understand. The reason I'm asking is that on my polo vivo the needle stays on full tank for roughly 200km after filling up, but then when it starts moving it mover very fast, especially after half tank that needle just drops very quickly 😅 I'm hoping that's not the case here and the bars can keep dropping linearly
@@vincentmothapa2421 I thought that was going to be case as well but no, it's not, it still says more than 500km to go. 650km is a lot, I have never seen a car that does this honestly
Thank you so much Rorisang. 🙂! That Clio is such a good car, if only it has the auto, many would have been on the road already. The manual era is dying🤔
True. Once you get to the road, you forget everything else. They managed to make it drive so well and it gets a lot of basics right. Honestly there is not a lot to complain about here🤔
Yeah I must agree Mpho, this is one solid offering from Renault. That fuel consumption is on steroids, it seems they know how to always keep it appealing every year but can’t say the same about the Megane which is my favourite. Wish they work on bringing the Clio Automatic soon. There’s also the Arkana the Australian’s got, I hope we get it here as well
This is so solid Sizwe yoh! I think they have many reasons to bring the clio in auto. The manual era died pre-2020 times ey! I think that Arkana might come as a hybrid but not sure if the decision is final. They are bringing the Captur soon, so we will see how it goes from there. The fuel consumption in here is just mind blowing.👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
It is super weird for me to see this as a Renault. In Italy that’s a Dacia. I know it’s the same group and my Dacia Jogger is essentially a Renault built in Romania with a cooler logo slapped onto it, but still, these things are EVERYWHERE here in Europe so it’s weird to see it with a different logo than I’m used to. Reminds me of the Seat Marbella, which literally was a Fiat Panda with a Seat logo lol
😅😅😅. Always weird when this happens. Sometimes you travel to a country and just see some cars donning a different badge and you can't accept it easily😅
I want to know the disadvantages of buying a car cash as I am about to buy one. What about the service plan? Your content educates me it brings light ❤❤
Hi, honestly there aren't many. Mainly its a trade-off between your a available cash and instalment. If you will have enough money to cater for emergencies after buying it cash that's great. No one is going to force you to take insurance so don't forget to take it (comprehensive) because you might lose it all if you forget to insure and something happens.
Could you please do a review of a mahindra xuv 500 I'm telling you the car is the best at a best price plus they are really reliable I've had one since 2012 then sold it at 2021 then I brought a 2022 one I'm satisfied with it though
My interest in Mahindra grew immensly since I drove the XUV300. I am not sure if they still have the XUV500 in fleet but I am hoping for the best. I really wanna test Mahindra(s). Very interesting engines and so far many have said they are reliable👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
i am in the market of buying a new car, and I am looking at SUVs and cross overs. I have never really given a great thought about Renault Duster but your review is compelling man. Do review on Kadjr or Captur if you have not done them. Also look at the outgoing Nissan Qashqai and X trail. I would like to hear what you think about them
Ephraim my brother🙂... We are in the same boat when it comes to how I used to see the Duster. Yoh those cars are hard to find now, second hand dealerships are scared to let me shoot sometimes, I took down two videos last year because they thought it was harsh but I will keep looking out🤔
@@sebuwam well I hope that after this review we will see Duster sales soar and dealerships will allow you to do more reviews on their vehicles. I have never heard a review that made me want to buy a car on the spot until today. You are good brother. Keep them coming, and please do more night reviews as well. It is important to see how headlights of certain cars perform at night in this load shedding jungle
The quality of the videos keeps improving💥💥💥💥💥 now we get Cinematic and drone views🙌👏👏👏 your channel deserves a lot more views and followers. Renault Duster is the overall winner if you're looking for budget offroad SUV

Great car i had mine since 2019, it got best suspension and fuel consumption
That suspension set-up was a shock to me. I expected it to be bad, especially because it looks rugged, so one expects it to just be rough but they got it right. They got a lot of things right here👌🏾
I have a 2020 Techroad Duster, stunning vehicle. The only thing is the engine noise the 1.5 diesel but everything else makes up for the engine noise.
Yeah its a little bit agricultural on the engine sound but yoh I loved this car so much that I could not blame it. It makes up for its short comings in so many ways.

Definitely my next car. That fuel consumption is amazing
Still stunned by the fuel consumption. Never seen anything like it. I support that decision to buy👌🏾
Great Video Sebuwam! Enjoyed watching your drive and comments. Recently bought a 2020 TechRoad, and I'm enjoying it! Danko
Agh, this one is still my fav Renault. Made to last and the fuel consumption is really out of this world👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Same here, it is just the engine that Is too load for me, and I can feel it because my previous car was 2021 Sandero 900w petrol engine.

Demtumza, my brother🙂! I appreciate it. Yoh hai this fuel consumption is a shocker. I did +650km now and its still above half tank, imagine😲

Also, unless they changed it recently, I think the Zen 4x2 MT is only a 5 speed. The only 6 speed MT is the 4x4.
I think it's still the case with the 5 MT🤔
