I just want to continue giving infirmation about Khilafat as I mentioned in other reaction vedio about the last Caliph.
Real khilafat was Khilafat e Rashida that was for 30 yeaes.
Other khilafat were a kind of Kingdom. They called themselves Khalfa but actually they acted like Kings or the Emperors.
Khilafat e Rashida (Pious Caliphate):
Hazrat Abu Bakr (Radiallahu anhu) for 2 years.
Hazat Omar (Radiallahu anhu) for 10 years and 6 months.
Hazrat Usman (Radiallahu anhu) for 13 years.
Hazrat Ali (Radiallahu anhu) for 4 years.
Hazrat Imam Hasan (Radiallahu anhu) for 6 months.
Khilafat e Rashida ended and Khilafat e Banu Umaiya started.
Hazrat Ameer Muaviya (Radiallahu anhu) became Khalfa. He ruled for 20 years and after his death his son Yazeed took over but muslims did not like him because he was a bad person. At his time, Hazrat Imam Hussain (Radiallahu anhu) got Shahadat by Yazeedi army.
In Banu Umaiya Khilafat only one person was a real Khlifa who did not want to become Khalifa. When the previous Khalfa chose him the next Khlifa of Islamic empire, he resigned right a way but people forced him to become Khlifa. His name was Hazrat Omar bin Abdul Aziz. His mother was the grand daughter of Hazrat Omar (Radiallahu anhu), the second pious Caliph.
