I just looked at my CLZ game app and didn’t realize that I had 151 3DS games and 90 DS games. Majority of them have been in boxes for years. I still play my 3DS but only RPGs, so they take months to beat due to work and family. Great video

Focusing on a specific colletion really does help a lot, I focused on collecting Final Fantasy and in less than a year I already had to use another shelf to display stuff

Isn’t this the same guy that sold all his GameCube games to Retro Rick’s store not that long ago?
It was in January 2022 and I didn't sell them to Rick's store. I sold them to Rick directly for his collection and they are still in his room. I also made it clear from the start that I'd be getting the collection back and documenting the journey on RUclips
I still can’t believe you traded your entire 3DS collection haha, but you walked away with a TON of GC games that made a nice dent in what remains to be acquired for a complete set 👍.

Nice! I have some of those games, like chibi-robo and ultimate muscle, bought them at GameStop back when they still had GameCube games at the very end of their cycle. I probably have 150 GameCube games in total. I’m a gamer more than a collector so I’m quite satisfied.

I just got some of the really pricey GameCube titles here in Denmark:
Luigi's Manson, Killer 7 and Mario Kart: Double Dash
All of those games are $70 or above. My GameCube collection is only at 22 games, but I have some great heavy-hitters and some games I just wanted to do to nostalgia or try out.

I’m not a huge GC fan anymore. Used to be but it became less interesting, my time is more limited now and I’m moving on to other console platforms. I’m also not a huge Game Boy fan anymore either; I haven’t played a single one for over half a decade. I guess you also don’t have enough time to beat all of your GC games in your set; you want to buy the rest of the games in the set. Do the best you can. 60 left to go because you found 19 more.

I never understood the obsession with Gamecube. It has some serious bangers with Metroid Prime 2 being one of my all time favorite games. But the PS2 just has way more bangers and lots of obscure hidden gems.
It's like Nintendo 64 collecting...the childhood nostalgia and childlike aesthetic...now do you understand?
